GS Dental Associates, Brooklyn NY

Everyone in the office is very nice and polite, they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I have been going to this dentist’s office for years and it’s been the same experience every time. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable, I always know that I am on good hands.

The front desk associate gave a noticeably warm energy/presence. But it wasn't just her! The gentlemen who served me were solid, presently focused, sound-minded and personable. I genuinely felt like all the staff were on the same page, which was a good one. 5 stars!

I don’t usually leave reviews… but this place made me lose it. It’s been 2 months since we submitted authorization. I was told it takes about 2 weeks, which I had spoken to the front receptionist 2 weeks after it was submitted and she told me nothing came back yet, and I said no problem, I’ll wait another week and I’ll call back for the update. FIRST OF ALL, the office should call back! Not the patient! It’s a headache as it is that the number on Google does not reach the main office. Fast forward, I’ve been trying to call and call and I keep getting transferred to the main office without any success in actually reaching the receptionist. I called back the same number to speak to the other lady who’s basically a third party, and she told me she will have the receptionist give me a call back same day. I received no call. I called back 2 days later (today) and was put on hold for 15 mins, I hung up after 15 mins. There’s no reason why I should wait for so long. It was absurd & I will not be returning as a patient at this office anymore.

Love the receptionist! The dentist was great and I felt no pain which is important. I’ll be going there from now on!

Oh my goodness guys! This is the only dentist that I have been too, in my whole life, THAT WAS HONEST! Seriously guys, its a diamond in the rough. I usually have to be put to sleep but, not at 2035 Ralph Avenue, Dr. Sabbagh has magical hands. I fully trust him now, and it was my first visit. Trust my review go and see for yourself. Their schedule is on point, which means NO LONG WAIT! What more can you ask for? Reach out and tell me if I was wrong but, you have to go first inorder to do so.lol
I challenge you! Good luck guys if you go somewhere else.

I made an appointment almost two months ago. Then they call me and want to change the appointment because no dentists are working in that day. Then you call me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that you don’t accept my insurance on this particular day……. UNPROFESSIONAL…….

The staff was amazing very sweet and guided me through each thing they were doing made me comfortable and the wait was not long at all

Very attentive and everything was explained to my satisfaction on my initial consultation and cleaning.

Dr. Sabbough, Dani, Jorge and Rosie are all wonderful. They treated me with the uttermost care. They care very much about their patients and their health. I am gratified to have such a wonderful Team at GS Dental Associates work with me. They are all lovely and I highly recommend them to any one looking for a Dentist. Thank you GS Team for such Exceptional care.

The doctor took good care of my health and the worker are very business oriented and business professional in a work environment I would recommend my fans to come get there check up men and women come and get your check up it is very important the way how the workers speak to a client with the disrespect

The staffs were friendly and helpful.
I felt comfortable talking and sitting waiting to be called. I certainly would recommend this place to everyone who needs to see a dentist.

It’s an amazing experience, I didn’t hv an appointment, I had a lot of teeth pain & I simply stopped in. I was seen within an hour. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. Make you so comfortable. Dr Sabbagh has been my dentist for close to 30 years, he is best, soft spoken, caring, concerned, gently. He knows that My pain tolerance is zero and I have never had to cry out in pain, I totally recommend my dentist to everyone. Not to mention he has several convenient locations.
