We cannot say enough about G&S! From the initial consult to completed installation, Matt was attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, present. He showed up each day with his diligent crew to personally oversee every single step of the process, unlike other business owners who typically show up only when it’s time to collect money. We also used his recommendations for the electrical work and masonry (AJG Venditti Construction, also FANTASTIC!) which was the best decision. There was constant communication among them, ensuring there was no down time between each stage. Thanks to Matt and the professionals he works closely with, the process moved quickly and seamlessly. Matt understood and respected our very specific vision for the pool, and offered his expertise and suggestions that not only brought our vision to life, but far exceeded anything we could have imagined. It is clear to see why this family owned business has been around for so long and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks to G&S, we now have the backyard of our dreams!

From the moment Matt came by to give his design ideas on our pool installation (6 years ago) and the actual installation, opening and closing, any technical problems or water balance issues when at the store they have been phenomenal! We love Matt, Chris, and Joe. Our inground pool was installed last August and we are finally enjoying it since our stone patio and coping were installed. The pool is beautiful, the process was great from beginning to end and we are looking forward to our first full season enjoying it. They were very hands-on and replied to all our questions and concerns as this was our first pool and an entirely new process for us. We love that this is a multi-generational family business. The post-construction deep clean to remove all the debris that fell in from the stonework was a great service. The store team has been really helpful with water testing and fielding questions and educating us on the process. It's been fun getting used to maintaining the salt pool and it's been pretty easy. And costs of seasonal chemicals to balance and adjust the water has been pretty inexpensive. Thanks G&S!

I walked in to get my water tested and the lady at the front asked me if I had an appointment? There wasn’t any customer in the store and no one waiting to get their water tested. Like Covid is over what’s the point of a pool store like we need an app to get water tested that only takes them 5 minutes to do. It’s not a doctors office and Covid is over. Fix your business I’m sure it’s on a decline ever since you started this process. I’m never coming back here again.

When I decided to get a pool, i called a couple of pool places. G&S called right away and came the very next day for an estimate. Matthew, Frank and Chris treated me like family. Their work is excellent, I recommend G&S pools!

Have always had problems when opening my pool it would always take me so long to get it going throwing hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals in.the owner in G&S told me to throw a gallon of liquid shock in December and than again in April and since doing that it has been taken me a lot less money and time when opening my pool …I also purchased a new cover last year from them.they only had the more expensive ones in stock but I was told it was a good one.well I just took my cover off and my pool was crystal clear.thank you G&S!

I HAD A LEAK 2 PEOPLE COULDNT FIGURE FROM WHERE, G AND S CAME IN LOL LOOKED AT THE LINER AND FIXED IT WITH IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES LOL LOL. BEST POOL COMPANY AROUND. 5 STARS FOR SURE!

This company is excellent. The level of professionalism and dedication is outstanding. They did the work in a quick manner, despite our yard being more complicated than others. We have two big dogs who are used to going in and out, and the owner made sure that we had a solution to the problem while the work was being done. All I can say is I highly recommend this company. This is a wonderful family business that stays with you from the beginning of the process until the end. I had major issues occur while installing my pool but this did not stop this team! They worked extremely hard and continuously with no complaints. They truly are so professional and a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so respectful and went above and beyond to install my pool. Joe M.from G&S Pools was a Godsend. He was trustworthy, reliable, and it felt like a family friend was helping me. My pool had serious issues and had descended into an ugly swamp. I was under the gun to get the pool back in shape for several important family events coming up over the last two months of Summer. I have been a customer of GS POOLS for a long time.

They always efficiently, professionally and accurately take care of any of my pool needs. Last year we decided at the end of the season that we needed to make some changes to my pool in 2022 it’s a large pool, and I needed a new liner and we decided to convert to a salt system as well as a an industrial strength cartridge filter.

In May we made the conversion. The process was flawless, it was performed professionally all of the steps were outlined and everything fit together like a puzzle this was a complicated process that was surgically handled.

I highly recommend GS pools for any of your pool needs no matter how small and no matter how large.

They helped me to get my pool balanced and now looks amazing. Very professional and nice staff!
