Nick and another staff came out to update our modem and hook up another TV in our home. They were helpful. They came as scheduled and hooked us up quickly. I truly appreciate GTel employees and customer service they are always so helpful. There internet and cable is a dream compared to our previous provider. Never have an issue with it.
How weird is this? We actually enjoy when the GTel techs show up at our house. Nick and Lance just saved the day! Got us back up and running in a flash and with a smile. I love this company.
We are new to the area and G-tel was recommended to us by several people. Nick came out and installed our internet today and was great. He explained what he was doing and what our options are very clearly. So far everyone at G-tel has been really helpful and nice. It has been a much better experience compared to companies like spectrum and verizon that we've dealt with in the past.
