I heartily recommend GTM Payroll Services. I've been using them for a few years now and it's been a great benefit to my business. I can always reach someone (and I've had the SAME PERSON as a rep for the entire time!) to answer questions or help me out with things I can't manage myself. In the past, I had a revolving door of reps and because I don't interact with them daily, they might change without me knowing it so when I did need them, I frustratingly found myself emailing a person who no longer even worked there. I often ended up having to call to get anyone's attention. GTM is super responsive to my emails!

That said, I tend to be a self sufficient type so I LOVE having the ability to upload and edit my employees information myself. It's super easy to get a new employee started or to make changes to existing employees in just a couple of minutes! I've also taken advantage of several of their HR offerings when I needed a little guidance to create my employee handbook. I'm a small business so having FREE expert advice that I can access when I need it is a huge bonus.

If you like things to be simple and efficient without costing a fortune, do yourself a favor and jump on board with GTM. (and just for the record, making the switch was unbelievably easy. I was shocked to find that we were up and running without missing a beat.)

Oh and my employees love being able to access and store their paystubs online instead of having to pester me when they need copies. (I guess I love that too!)
