Guitar Center reviews
17Nice guitars and good service, it's not too crowded so you shouldn't have any problem on trying out your favorite guitar there.
I bought Gemini party caster, Chris helped me to buy it and explained me properly. Gemini had manufacturing problem on one of the microphones, they replaced me the new one. The New one had no microphone inside the box! They replaced me with the other one. Eagle helped me out every issues with her extraordinary customer service
The store is well stocked the gentleman at the door greeted me nicely. The Sales person, Zorion was helpful answering my questions, but was not overbearing which I really appreciated. Will return soon
Horrible customer service. We wanted to get an item behind a locked window. Several employees walked right past us before we could ask for help, even once they had finished with other customers, and they had seen us waiting for them to finish. We couldn’t get anyone’s help, and stood waiting for 30 minutes. I’m disappointed that the employees didn’t seem to want to offer help and that they refused to acknowledge us.
It's the only place in the area for guitars and gear, but their staff is indifferent, their amp selection is dismal, and a lot of gear is locked up, so it can't be tested. This feels like it's on its way out.
Thomas, the Sales Manager is very attentive and understanding! There's absolutely, no sales pressure! I feel very comfortable walking.
Not what I want to rate it but due to the being under staffed and unable to help the customers, standing around for 40 mins and waiting for the gentlemen to actually help. Turns out he was too busy helping someone else or so I was told. Not contented with the help as I have been going to Guitar center for years and was able to get impeccable service! Please address the poor customer service.
Guitar Center is very well especially if you in to music I want to look at some studio monitors pretty decent store with good price
Waest of time! I was going to buy 2 18’s buffers bass and a set of 4 speakers with a mixer!
I was there for 40 minutes it was only one guy at the cashier and everyone was waiting to get help! But if you want to Waest time! Other than that I can’t comment cause it was gonna be my first buy…
My father was looking for a microphone last minute for a birthday party, so our first option was guitar center right. Luckily, a young man named Griffin was able to help us and get us in an out in less than 10 minutes. He looked around the back room multiple times to find exactly what we were looking for and gave us a great price, best customer service we have seen.
The guitars that they have are pretty cool and unique, but most of them are locked up and you can’t play them. My experience with customer service was absolutely awful, i have autism and needed to get a sting replacement and they refused to replace it, ended up replacing it myself and the string popped back at my face and I got hurt.as a person who needed accommodations, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, they won’t assist you and if they do you’ll be standing by the counter for about 40 minutes.
I got my first guitar here and it was like a cheap acoustic one cause I wanted to see if i could get into the hobby. The guy there was super helpful and told me some useful stuff but while we were checking out he like moved back and started talking with his coworker about how bad the guitar I was buying was. Like bro im sorry for having a budget and he literally recommended the guitar to me
The store is small, but they've probably got what you're looking for. The staff is dope. I could probably talk to them all day. Initially went in to get an input jack fixed on my bass, but the staff is so dope, I might drop damn near a grand on a new Fender Bass (that buttercream color was CALLING ME). 6/5 stars. Will be back soon.
The Menager is great! I had a problem with one of my orders (Microphone Shure BLX24R/B58 - The parts were missing from the box), but I got no complains because Menager handled the whole situation in a great way! And exchanged the product with the replacement! 100% recommend this store, Thank you once again!
Nice and friendly attention. Sadly very few instrument on showing at this time in comparison with another opportunity.
Left handed instruments just a couple.
This GC is one of the friendly ones. I have been to a few of them that didn't care about anything or anybody. I was in and out with what I needed. Two thumbs up
Ridge hill Yonkers Guitar Center, for the 2nd time didn't have the item I wanted. I came all the way out to this Queens G Center to spend the $600.spent gas and toll, frustrating traffic, talk about inconvenience!
