Although it was a busy X-mas season in his shop
We were offered is full attention
He gave us 10 unhurried minutes of his billable time
The sales associates were also pleasant and welcoming
Parking was just at the door
The quality and variety of the display items reminded us fine jewlery shops in Europe
Nice place, we will certainly return for any post- holiday sales or just to browse among the treasures

At this gallery, I have some of my paintings there. The jewelry is beautiful and the owner is very friendly.

Inconsistent and unorganized.

Called to ask about how long a ring re-sizing would take. They said to bring it in, they might be able to get it done today.

So I brought it in and they ended up saying to give them 6 days. (Annoying but whatever at this point).

Called a few days later to see if it would be done (since I would be in the neighborhood anyway) and they said they could have it done in the next half hour.

So I went in a half hour later, the ring wasn't done, (they couldn't even find it for a minute) and they couldn't figure out who I had talked to on the phone.

Overall their disorganization just doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy about handing over my valuables to them.

Definitely Recommend Gustin's for all Jewelry and Art on Market Street. It is a wonderful shop and has a very homey feel as well. Gustin has been at it for 30+ years and I believe can handle everything one would require for Jewelry. Thank You and Keep up the good work.

I have been admiring the craftsmanship in this gallery for years. The artitians are so kind and welcoming. The are currently creating 2 pieces for me. I cannot wait to see the final result. I am sure it will be beautiful.

Took my dad over to have a simple watch battery replaced. They had some difficultly getting the back of the watch secure after installing the new battery. Fast forward a couple of week to change the clocks, and cannot even move the watch stem to adjust the time. Returned the watch to see if they could help and they state the inside of the watch and stem are all destroyed and no fix to the watch (something crushed it). Hmmm, wonder how it got destroyed seeing how they are the only ones to ever work on the watch.
It's bad enough that the watch was broken, but to lie about it and not offer some form of compensation is just poor service. STAY AWAY!
