4Very disappointed that I wasn’t informed that I now will have to pay out of pocket for new prescriptions for eye glasses. Been going here for years and should have been told of these changes as an option to continue to go there. Will be looking for a different eye doctor.
They were good for the eye exam. I have a huge problem with them doing things in such a way that you must buy your frames from them.
Could not have been more pleased with Dr. Willard, techs, and front office. All professional and caring. No one wants eye problems but this is the place to go for treatment or diagnosis.
Excellent service the moment that I made an appointment. Upon my arrival to my appointment I was greeted by an extra friendly receptionist that answered all of my questions. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Putman. She was an absolute joy to have as my provider, she was thorough with explaining everything. I am so thankful for her help and support. Thank you to all the staff!
