He didnt call to say he would be late. He called 45 min after he was supposed to show up. My husband was upset and reminded him he should have called prior to appointment time. He had the nerve to hang up on him. And he previously did our gutters! We will never use him again.

I hired Gutterboy to install new gutters & soffits on my home on March 2021. Two weeks after the job was completed, a 20” piece of the soffit trim blew off my home and landed in my backyard. It was not fastened to my home at all. Appeared to just have been wedged in behind the gutter. I contacted Rob of Gutterboy and he stated he would be by that Wednesday to repair it. He never showed up and did not respond to my texts/ calls. We had heavy rains that following weekend. The downspout he installed was spewing like a waterfall with water from the elbow connection just under the gutter that he installed. Made a video and sent it to him. He said he would be by on Tuesday to fix both. He never showed. He texted me the day after at 6 AM (Wednesday) stating He was coming to fix the issues. He never showed up. Following day, I message him regarding the gutter/soffit issue, he stated he couldn’t come because his truck was out of service. That same day, he texted me that he can come at 4: 30. I said great. He never showed up. I am hiring a reputable business to repair the mistakes made by Gutterboy. The Gutterboy Workmanship Is equal to their prices. Don’t hire a boy to do a man’s job. Look elsewhere

I don’t really do the review thing, but this was a must. Unfortunately I treated this man like a family member. Brought food/water and coffee, while they worked on my gutter installation. I noticed two rear gutters are not draining properly. After multiple attempts to have him come back to look at them, I’ve given up. He refuses to follow up on his work nor does he respond to messages. I’d rather hire someone who charges me double than to have this service again. Just terrible business etiquette and the work is not good at all.

Good luck getting them to show up. I called endlessly to get them to show up for two days. After missing two appointments without a courtesy call, on the third appointment I actually saw the truck drive up my block, and unable to find a parking spot, just drove off lol! Could you imagine!

Called GUTTERBOY to repair my Gutters. 2 Months later a leak developed where they had "repaired". I call them numerous times about the leak with no response or care from them. I am currently going to report them to The Better Business Bureau and din the process of developing a small claims lawsuit against them and the damages the leak caused.
Pass them up.they will not respond to their mistakes.

My time is valuable as everyone else’s. I waited and waited 2 calls in and still no reply. A waste of my time.

Clearly this man thinks his time is more valuable than yours. Two NO SHOW appointments, with no courtesy call to cancel.
