Karyn Shipley is an amazing instructor, A former Rockette, she knows what it takes to remain strong, flexible, and looking and feeling your best. I began working with her years ago in NYC. We started on machines, and when the Pandemic hit, switched to mat Pilates on Zoom. I was afraid I wouldn't enjoy or get as much out of sessions in this new format, but I was wrong. Karyn's trained eye made sure that I was maintaining proper form and alignment. If you want an instructor who is knowledgeable, supportive, and will challenge you to be your best, work with Karyn; you'll be glad you did!
