Worst ever. Internet is awful and inconsistent. Would rate lower if I could do not recommend. It’s the internet you use when you have no other options.

Our wifi frequently goes out and we had a power outage a few days ago and the wifi says it’s fully connected but I get notifications on my phone when I try to use it that say that my wifi isn’t connected to the internet, I had to switch to data to even write this review.

I honestly love that it's a small company. Every time I call to make a payment or have a question the phone is always answered and the staff are awesome.

Haefle internet isn’t good. It cuts out all the time. There the only option for most around here. If you can find an alternative it’s probably the better choice.

We like their service, just expensive to have cable these days. They're all similar in price. They're local, so my money stays in the area.

Just had their service installed a couple weeks ago. Install techs were awesome and the internet speed is amazing. Great TV picture. Highly recommended.

Sorry to have to do this, but I think I jumped the gun on giving such a good review. Supposed to be unlimited, but I know we get throttled back towards the end of the month. Same thing HughesNet used to do to us. Very unhappy at this point in time!

Currently paying for 110+ MBps so about some garbage when I’m only getting 9MBps, I don’t care if your paying the extra for the top end. I shouldn’t never see below.

The pricing is absolute robbery, at least compared to other ISPs in the area, which cannot provide internet service in this location. Apparently, because Haefele provides internet in this area, other providers cannot. The internet is way too slow for the amount of money paid. For example, Spectrum offers an internet speed literally 5 times faster for the same pricing. The internet is also extremely unreliable. Right now, we are losing internet for about 5 minutes at a time at least every hour, this is pitiful. When you are trying to work on shared documents online, or even play a game online, this internet makes these simple tasks impossible. We also have cable TV provided by Haefele, which works half the time, maybe. If the broadcast isn't coming in all glitched and jagged, then the cable box is out of order, and vise versa. Nothing is ever working properly. It is quite sad that a company who provides to so many people, cannot even bother to perform any maintenance to keep their services working as intended. To make a long story short, Haefele is a pathetic company, and I truly hope they go out of business, that would be party worthy.

Updated review as of 2/27/20: this company is one of the worst companys that i have ever dealt with after years of 5 star service the past year has been hell.paying $90 a month for 70mbps down and only getting around 20mbps down and asking to get it fixed then being told they "fixed it" after a year of dealing with it finally getting it truly fixed then being told i was a liar on the phone.if there was anyone else in the area besides frontier we would switch.that includes if spectrum was here, and i HATE spectrum.how far they have fallen.

Updated Review as of Nov. 29,2019: After posting my initial review below, Haefele Connect reached out to me and sent out their senior lineman to troubleshoot my internet connectivity issues. He was very friendly and highly knowledgable about the service. He had discovered one of the cables running into my house had been chewed up by an animal, so he replaced it with a brand new cable. My internet connection then stabilized and has been working flawlessly ever since. However, I am still not pleased with how costly the service is compared to other providers in the area, but no other cable company services my address, so I don't have any other option but to pay their high rates.

Initial Review on Nov. 13,2019: It’s nice doing business with a local company, but to be honest, I’ve had so many issues with my internet service. Connection will be fine one minute, then drop out the next. Sometimes it comes right back, other times it’s out for hours. Tech support can never figure out the problem, and then I find out that there’s an issue on one of the lines in town, so they have to send someone out there to do repairs. I can’t count the number of times there have been problems with the lines, leaving me without a connection for hours. Today was my third time in the past month without a connection for multiple consecutive hours. I work from home, so I need a reliable connection, but I don’t get that with this company. The closest coffee shop is 25 minutes away, so it’s such an inconvenience having to drive all the way there just so I can go to work while my internet connection is down. When the connection works, it’s fine, but I feel like I’m paying way too much for such low speeds. I paid the same amount when I had Spectrum before I moved, but they gave me speeds that were 3x faster. I can’t get Spectrum’s speeds with this company unless I break the bank. Something needs to change here.

Internet is terrible and can hardly hear anyone on the phone. Tried contacting them to fix it and they just say its someone else. Static is unreal and the internet is horrible.

I get exactly the mbps I pay for, sometimes more! My last provider I was only getting half of what they advertised.
