I placed an order today for the amount of $23.75 when the delivery guy arrived at my door he told my dad the total was $28, I was inside changing my baby’s diapers I heard him tell my dad the total is $28 so my dad gave him $30, when I look at the receipt I was correct my order was for $23.75 as I was told over the phone. The delivery guy robbed my dad out of $6. I called the restaurant and inform them of what just happened and they told me they’ll have the delivery guy come back and give me the change. Delivery guy never showed up, I will never order from this place again they have random people delivering peoples order who are thieves. Please be aware of this place and stay away. Poor service

Wednesday I ordered chicken wings, cheese fries with extra cheese and vegetable lo mein. The vegetable Lo mein had metal pieces in it, from what I presume is the wire brush they use to clean. My friend nearly choked on a piece. The cheese fries had two unmelted Kraft single slices and 85% of the fries were dry and cold which I was charged $8.25 for. Everything had to be thrown out just in fear of more metal being in the rest of the meal. Also, I was about 5 blocks away from the store and waited over an hour for the food to arrive. When I called to tell them about the metal in my food the man I spoke to was very rude and said my next lo mein would be free, if I wanted. I won’t be eating from here ever again.

I’ve ordered from this place for over ten years…. It was a childhood staple for Chinese food in the neighborhood but the quality has steeply declined in the last four years while the prices have gone up excessively. I will not give them my money ever again. If I could give less than one star I would.

I usually order from a different place but I happened to stop by here just to pick up a few things to supplement my dinner at home and I’m so glad I did! This will now be my go-to take out chinese place in the area. Their fried rice is so much better than anywhere else and the pork was delish.

Just when I thought Flatbush Brooklyn had No good Take Out and then I ordered Chicken Wings with Shrimp and Chicken Rice! Wow I have absolutely No Complaints about this Food! When I saw the red foil bag the Wings was in that Food Storage Bag to keep Hot I haven’t seen in years I knew this food would be Good and it was. This will be the only Chinese Restaurant I ever order from moving forward. I recommend this Restaurant.

The food is made quick and I can always count on hai sun’s fast delivery! I cannot recommend them enough. One of my favorite options for lunch/dinner in the neighborhood.

Called this place for the first time, and unfortunately the male worker working at this restaurant received my call during evening time of 7pm on a Wednesday, was Extremelyyy super rude to me just because I asked for inquiry about the prices since it was my first time ordering with them.and I had him repeat my address to him twice to make sure it was correct one, and he cursed me out over the phone and started to give me completely nasty attitude out of nowhere! I was really shocked by his Disrespectful behavior and attitude towards me, which made me just not even want to order from here, upon his utter rudeness and lack of respect, not to forget the part about him just hanging up on me after he took my order in this brash nasty way.that I just ended up recalling back the restaurant, to cancel the order, to which a female worker finally cancelled my order upon me venting to her about that male worker spoke to me with in such Disrespectful way.workers like him should not even be working in restaurants because it's basic human decency to speak with respect, which the workers at this restaurant lack as I witnessed. I never came across any Other Chinese restaurants' workers speaking to customer in such rude way like this restaurant! Not right for this restaurant to have inhumane ppl working here, I don't even feel comfortable ordering food from here, since they're soo nasty with their words!

I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce,
Shrimp fried rice
Pork fried rice
Ribs with the bone,
Wings and egg rolls.
Everything was Delicious.
Service was fast.

Every time I order from here, delivery is so fast. The people behind Hai Sun are really on top of their food. It's always delicious and fresh. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I just had some good food from their.the fried rice was great and the chicken and shrimp dumplings was great as well its the besttttttttt.

I enjoyed eating their general tso.it's really good.but idk what happened, cuz this was so bad.the chicken really tasted bad.either bad chicken or bad cook.a waste of money and a soy sauce packet didn't even help at all

Delicious food, quick delivery, food delivered hot. I have been ordering food from this restaurant for several years and their consistency and taste is always on point. I highly recommend them.

The food was horrible! The vegetable fried rice was very very greasy! Couldn’t eat it! Wouldn’t order from there again!

Deliveryman yelled at me because seamless keeps giving prefered addresses anymore. My special instructions also told him to wait for me downstairs and he intruded. Wrong building or not, you werent welcome inside.not even hungery anymore.

I've been going to this restaurant since I was 12. I'm now in my 40s. Hands down one of the best fast food Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn.

I love this place. Used to live in the area when I was growing up so I have been going here for years. Very tasty food.
