I got my hair done here.i asked for layers and a haircut and i loved my hair.definitely recommend and will come back.

First time to get a haircut here, friendly and professional staff, a bit expensive but worth every penny, coming back for another haircut in the future

It was my first visit. My stylist was very busy jumping between three clients and also helping out with registar. Caused delays and kind of ruined the flow.
There were a lot of younger clients like high school or so. So as a working professional from the city, I felt like some of the services you get here are a bit different from what you'd expect from the city (Manhattan)
Haircut wise (I asked for a slicked back undercut - super common), as soon as we started after explaining and going over what I wanted, the stylist took the clipper too far up. And immediately after the stylist left to go attend another client. We spent the rest of the season trying to fix this mistake and the haircut didn't end up 100% satisfying. Super unfortunate.
I still tipped very generously over 100% of the cut price but it definitely wasn't a good experience.
Going to give them one more try next time because the stylist seems competent and I might not have gotten the usual experience I would usually get.

Ken was my hairdresser. He is the best. His love of hair is evident in the excellent job he performs on my hair. He did a balayage and a one-inch haircut trim. I definitely recommend visiting to Ken since he is gentle and listens to your hair needs before giving you the hairstyle and color that you want. As a Latina (with thick, wavy hair), I can attest to his experience with various hair types.

I’ve been a customer at the Syosset location for awhile and gave Great Neck a try today. Overall good experience and friendly staff. My haircut came out okay but have to say I expected to get a blow dry too as I was told over the phone and for some reason my stylist, Devin, just put a lot of product in my hair and did not blow dry it. I even noticed one of the other stylists point that out as I left to which he just shrugged. I left with my hair damp and essentially not styled at all which I thought was strange and not how my other haircuts at Haiier have been. I’ll probably come back to Haiier just at Syosset with the stylist I previously had instead.

The haircut here was amazing. I got a completely new hairstyle and it fits me so well. 10/10 I will come back here again.

I love their new location in Flushing. Really conveniently located as it’s right across from Macy’s on Rosevelt Ave. I had been to their location in Syosset as well. Fantastic experience at both places. I felt really comfortable receiving my hair cut there. They truly provide tailored service. I had received my haircut by both Leon and Lyan. They’re both really professional and down to earth. They designed my hairstyle based on my hair type, head shape, career, etc. Again, amazing service and a group of friendly hairstylists and designers. Highly recommend them.

Moved to Syosset almost a year ago and still had not found a salon to cut my hair! After a lot of research I chose Haiier and I was no disappointed! The salon was beautiful! Although my appointment ran late everyone was very nice and apologetic about it! The shampoo was amazing! David who cut my hair did a great job and was very friendly! Already scheduling an app for my mother!

The store was very clean and brightly lit. Upon entering, they take your temperature and your coat, then ask you to explain the style you're interested in to the hair stylist.

Received a horrible haircut 1/18/2021 barbers name was Ken. My hair literally looks oval shaped like an egg

Lyan and team were awesome! They were able to accommodate me at the last minute. Salon was so aesthetic and the service and process was top notch. They were able to fix my bleached that already had 3 inches of roots. I love my new hair color. Thanks again.

Have been twice since salons have reopened! Their safety standards are awesome - temperature checks, masks, social distancing, ventilating air, and limiting number of customers. Aside from all of that, I absolutely LOVE the work they do. They really work with you to find the best look for you & they make sure that you’re happy with the final result. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful! I’ve always bounced around between salons before and never stuck to one but I’m definitely sticking with HAIIER. Just incredible & always a fantastic experience. Definitely thrilled with my color!

I love the color Lyan suggested for me! I would never chose the ashy color because im worried it's not going to look good on me but it did! They're all very nice and polite. And they ensure clients would feel safe to because of the safety precautions they have because of Covid.

ATTENTION LONG ISLANDERS! There's a refreshing, new, talent-drenched hair salon in Syosset! I love this place and will 100% be back.

Stylist was very nice and every time I was getting ready to ask something, he was already taking care of it. He spent a lot of time on my hair and making sure everything was perfect. I was also constantly asked if I thought everything was looking OK and the employees made sure I was comfortable at all times. Will be returning!
