I LOVE KIM! I have been going here for a few years now. She is so welcoming! She makes you feel so beautiful & confident. She has made me go from dark brown hair to a blondie back to my dark brown again so many times! I just got tape in extension from her & she did and amazing job so particular on each section and where she placed the hair. She wants it to loom good, she ordered so many different lengths for my hair just to make sure it looked the best. I 10/10 recommend going to her!

Jim did a wonderful job of cutting and styling my hair. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon.

Terrible experience. The lady doesn’t know how to properly do hair and has terrible customer service and will make you feel rushed. The place is dirty and unkept. It’s not worth it spend your money somewhere else.

I went to Jim for a haircut and beard trim the other day and it was great! He did a really nice job and is someone I would definitely trust with my hair. The value of the haircuts provided here are top notch!

I love Kim. She figured out how to cut my weird growing hair immediately. She is always friendly. The shop is clean. We are able to get in and out quickly.

This was my first visit to Hair & Us Family Hair Salon and when I called for a appointment I spoke with Jim, who was very pleasant to talk with, I asked if walk ins where welcome and said, "Yes, of course. " I asked if he had an opening and he said to come right over.
When I arrived Jim greeted me at the door with a smile and I introduced myself. Jim had me sit at his station and he asked how I wanted my hair cut and he proceeded to cut my hair exactly the way I told him.
Jim is very good at his job and he did carry on a casual conversation to pass the time while he cut my hair.

I would definitely recommend Hair & Us Family Hair Salon to anyone looking for a new salon to get their hair cut or any of their other services they offer.

My first red flag was when I made an appointment over the phone. I wasn't asked my name or what I wanted, was just told to come in. I had to hurry and say who I was and what I wanted before they hung up, but it didn't seem important. Thennn, the whole experience there was just. Incredibly awkward. The stylist told me to stand up and turn around and sit back down a bunch of times, and the chair was always turned so I was away from the mirror. I couldn't even see what was happening! The stylist didn't even wet my hair - just straightened it from about halfway and down, and the resulting layers were very obvious, not blended at all. I had to ask to have them blended! And my side-cut was extremely messy at the edges, like she was scared to mess it up, which made me scared! I tried saying it was fine and I'd just get the edges at home, and then she wouldn't actually let me leave? She kept me cornered in the chair and messing with my side-cut until I lied that everything was fine and I was satisfied. The only reason this is not a one-star review is because of how friendly and polite she was, minus keeping me corralled in the chair. I won't be coming back. The anxiety was unbelievable.

Jim did my hair and did a wonderful job creating volume in my hair, and styled it in the way I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to see Jim.

I have been going to jim for haircuts for about 5 years now.my hair has many cowlicks and is not the easiest to cut, but jim's skills are superb.he always does a fantastic job and i have never been disappointed with any cut.we have some very interesting conversations so it's never a dull visit.
