I visited Andrew’s salon In hopes to find a wig for my sons wedding. My hair has not grown back to the full and thickness it once was prior to chemo. Andrew and his team explained to me my options, helped me find the right look and fit for me and made me feel good about my new “accessory! ” Alex worked with me as I tried on many styles multiple times! Great experience and would highly recommend their services.

I came to try the wig before starting my chemo treatment. Not only that I found the perfect wig but also caring and kind team. Alex, who helped me, is amazing and made this experience so pleasant and was supportive all the way. Five stars is not enough, the Hair Place NYC deserves 10 stars.

I came here with my mind set on a particular product. They could have just taken my money right then and there. However, Suzy and (I believe the owner/manager?) took the time to show me why that was a terrible choice. They presented me with various options without pressuring me into making a purchase. They allowed me to put a deposit on a product that I was interested in, with the promise of a full refund if I changed my mind. I did find another solution to my temporary problem and they did make good on their promise. Although I didn't make a purchase this time, i know for sure that I will need their services in the future and this will be the only place that I turn to. HP truly understands and respects the needs of their clients. Come here for honest and outstanding service.

I bought a wig at this salon several years ago and it was perfect! I went back to meet with Alex to see if they would be able to provide me with a short hair extension - like a messy bun or short ponytail. Alex was very honest with me and indicated that they do not have this kind of product - BUT she took the time to find a place that did have what I was looking for - called and even made the appointment for me. I came in for a wig cut with Alex and she was so friendly and patient with me. She was understanding in my condition and explained everything in detail given my inexperience and lack of knowledge in wigs. I came back a second time a couple days after my initial visit to thin out the wig a bit and Alex was very accommodating. Everyone here was also very nice and it was easy to make appointments. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for hair replacement services; would definitely be coming back in the future!
