Brought my adult son in for a haricut as our regular barber was overbooked due to an injury of his partner. He told the young lady a front spike and #2 on the sides and back. Before I knew it I see her clipping him #2 ALL around. Clearly has no clue what a front spike is. When I got home even that was not even! He could not tell while in the chair as his glasses were off and he cant see much without them. He looks silly but is being very good about it. Needless to say we will NEVER return to Hairzoo.

Erica was more than capable and constantly checked in with me on her progress. She is very professional and a credit to Hairzoo!

Alex is the GREATEST! I have gone to her for a few years and she gives me exactly the cut I ask for each time. Went this week for my "summer do" and I have friends that keep complimenting it, touching it, checking the back too. This IS a great cut! Thank you, Alex. Have a BLESSED summer!

Love the service and their treatment of customers. It's the only place I've gotten my haircut since i first went.

I made an appointment for a haircut and to get my hair colored. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was greeted warmly by one of the hair stylists. A young girl rushed in the front door and to the back of the salon. She walked up front called my name and we went back to a chair. She wet my hair and asked how I wanted it cut. She did a nice job. She asked if I wanted my hair dried and I declined because I thought I was getting my hair colored. I asked her about it and she looked at the front desk. She came back and showed me hair swatches. When I brought up foil highlights she informed me she didn’t have time for that. I haven’t ever been told in a salon that they didn’t have time. I did make an appointment for the next day but after thinking about our interactions I cancelled the appointment. I guess I don’t want to spend money somewhere where you don’t have time for my business.

Just a simple wash! Please can you guys train better this young hairdresser with straight red hair, forgot her name sorry, well I think she never mentioned her name! She did a horrible wash. Just a simple wash! Does not know how to wash hair AT ALL! Not sure if she is new, but her wash was not good, trust me. The Hairdressers around need to teach her how to do it better! Also for just a simple wash NO stylish! Nothing! Wash, dry w/ a wet towel& she used an almost empty can of mouse that I mentioned to her I did not want mouse because make my hair too frizzy& too much volume BUT she use it anyway! She just put a little bit of mouse on my wet hair! Done! & U guys charge $25 for that simple wash? If you will use a dryer& blow-dry stylish I will say OK or at least dry my hair I will say Ok but just a simple wash & she place a little bit of mouse & done! $25 come on. Will never go back & by the way YOUR competition just charge me $11 for same wash & much much better! (before Xmas they use it to charged $9) I could not set up an appointment with them, it is why ended in your salon! I’m very disappointed not only in the price $25 but also in the bad bad wash she did Just tell the manager of the salon to teach her how to wash hair please!

My hairdresser Eliza is the ultimate best
She makes me the most fabulous blonde and she has an awesome personality which makes it fun
I have not lived in Rochester since June but still make it back from Jacksonville beach Florida to have her make me feel fabulous worth the travel

Eliza is the best and she does a fabulous job especially with womens short hair and men's too which can be hard to find. I highly recommend her and the salon is clean and the staff is super friendly
