Horrible Nursing Director doesn’t care about patients and never cares about the patients needs. My Mother can’t get out of bed without someone being there and unable care for herself and this lady put me on mute and blocked my conversation concerning my Mother health issues. Please avoid this agency because this Nursing Director is very rude and disrespectful towards patients care needs.

Crystal is such a fun, energic person. I work with her on a day-to-day basis, and I only have positive things to say. Hamaspik Choice has grown tremendously and we at Ultimate Care look forward to our future growth toegther. They are an amazing company to work with and you will get the care you are looking for! I have been using Hamaspik Choice for my Mother in law and my Mom for years. They are an excellent group I have never had any issues that haven't been addressed. Our caseworker Batsheva Marinelli is the best she goes above and beyond for us!

I thank God for having Desiree as the case work she has been very helpful, kind and understanding she helped me to get what my mom needs tried to help me with any situation im going through.
Like for example my vacation, getting the authorization having issues with Hamaspik and Edison with the back and fourth about the authorization if it was send or received i dont know where is the problem coming from but it took two weeks and has been frustrated when you have to be on the phone with both Hamaspik and Edison for two week when i supposed to be on vacation with my mom. By the way she has Dementia and have a beautiful vacation with our family but instead i had to be back and fourth trying to fix this problem for i can get paid. I couldn't speak to either authorization dept. Thats very frustrating that i have to deal with this like if i don't have enough in my hands. I think i shouldn't be the one back and fourth with this situation i think Hamaspik and who ever is your agency should fix the problem. Especially when some people aren't polite. And going through the situation again.
I thank Desiree for all her support helping me. She's wonderful, Beautiful person kind, and polite and tries to fix this situation that is frustrating with this back and fourth.
