We have been taking both our cars here for over 10 years. They are always reasonable, and prompt. They explain what's needed immediately and what can wait alittle longer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is great. Lester is very professional and nice. Fair prices and best of all, great service! I am usually very wary of auto services. I’ve been here from word of mouth and every experience has been excellent. Thank you for everything!

I am also editing my post after reading further. I have purchased parts on my own and they have put them on my vehicle for me for a FAIR labor price.

Awesome customer service and they fix everything right the first time. Unlike other places i have been to. Ron and Lester are amazing.

Don’t take any bad reviews for this place seriously. Very nice people. Fair up front pricing. FAST SERVICE. Trustworthy. I’ve been around the block with repair shops in this area and I finally settled on these guys a couple years ago. Great decision by me.

I live in California and was out visiting my son for a few days. My son's car really needed some repairs. I found Lester to be very kind and professional. He stayed in contact with me every couple of days. He was very fair with his pricing. He had a lot of work to do. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Lester! They did an excellent job on my oil change, checked my air filters and tires. The staff was friendly and personable, and they had my car in and out in about 35 minutes, on a weekend no less! Perfectly reasonable pricing too, even for a synthetic blend. Easily the best auto service in the town of Hamburg, far better than the service I’ve had at Joe’s Auto.

I was a customer here for a few years after moving to the area. Anytime i took any our our vehicles here and was told something needed to be repaired i always said go ahead. On my last visit for something unrelated i was told i need a wheel bearing replaced, i had a strange feeling about it and said no dont do it. I took this car to a diff shop and they said even though they love to do the work the wheel bearing was 100% fine and didnt need to be done. I felt betrayed and couldnt help but wonder about the many many time we had our 3 vehicles serviced there. Will never go back.

Honest solid work at fair prices, and they stand behind their work. Hamburg Auto Center is an anomaly in the world of local auto shops. It took a lot of money wasted at other local shops to discover these honest guys and their great work.

I have been here twice for my car inspection. The guys there are very nice and seem genuine. I don't get the same feeling here as I used to get at Monroe (like all they want to do is sell services or products I don't need). As a young female I don't feel uncomfortable or like I am being lied to here. They have a nice waiting room off to the side with a tv, magazines, and a bathroom.

I have had my truck worked on twice here, and they were very good experiences both times. Not only was Lester and his guys super nice, but they also finished on time. I now only bring my truck here when there is an issue we can not handle ourselves. Great place!

I can not say enough nice things about this repair shop. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. I am new to Western New York area and I am very happy that I found them!

It's a great place to go very honest and reliable staff don't try to take you for a ride unlike some places around Hamburg.

Cannot say enough about Ron and Lester. Both of them take very good care of the 3 different make and model cars I take there for service. Any work that needs to be done is explained before it gets done. Been to other shops before and none of them have taken care of my vehicles like these guys!

Great staff! I took my car in for an inspection. Technician actually brought me back into the shop and showed me the issue with one of the tie rod ends before fixing it. They were able to get it taken care of right away and I had my inspected car back in a few hours. I would definitely recommend this shop.

They did a great job fixing my. The shop is crean and way better looking than rest of the places.

Les and ron are the best around NO question. These guys will never try to make an extra buck off you. They only provide amazing parts and service. HIGHLY recommended and that says something because I don't trust too many people with my A4!
