Hamlet Inn, Southampton NY

I really like this hotel. They provide free beach pass (amazing beach is in 10 min drive). Heated pool and barbeque area are great for family getaway. They have some outdoor games. Rooms are renovated, have
small fridge and microwave. I will definitely stay again in the summer.

The property double booked my king room so I got downgraded. They reduced the price, but it was not worth it because in the end, the room was half the size, had items left from other guest (so dirty), and amenities that should have been included were not (breakfast, porch, coffeemaker). They did throw in a bottle of wine at my request, but that was before learning breakfast wasn’t available even though it is listed on their website. I reached out to the property over a week ago and have not heard back. Hopefully they read it and will at least update their website because as a traveler, breakfast being included means one less expense that I plan for.

I went out of season two days after a trip to and before returning to Madrid. The best hotel of all along my hole travel with the one in Philadelphia. They gave me a map of the area and they recommended what to visit. Free parking with spacious rooms with everything you need, and excellent value for money to visit the area. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a good price at a reasonable price, five stars go from me.

We walked in after out host for our Airbnb did a no show. After 4 hours of STRESS We found this amazing cute hotel! Comfortable, clean, super cool receptionist and we had amazing food delivery from a local Italian place that they recommended. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Hamlet last week. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location. The property is absolutely beautiful, quiet and well kept, but nothing can compare to Denise at the front desk. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and tips to navigate the traffic. We loved are stay, and I can’t say enough about how helpful, warm, and friendly Denise is. Looking forward to our next trip to the Hamlet Inn.

Two stars because the front desk person was very nice and they offer a beach pass. Room was not very clean, shower curtain had mold.

Much nicer than I expected. (It's a very expensive neighborhood and the hotel is moderately priced). It's not the Ritz, but clean, pleasant, large room. Best shower i've had in ages. I would stay again.

The staff was very nice and even let me check in early but the room wasn't very clean. Bed and toilet had hairs on them and the towels had staining. Shower needed a new seal as it leaked into the rest of the bathroom quite excessively.

The receptionist is really concerned with covid that she will not come near you. The first night we to the front office about some ants we seen was told someone would come spray no one ever came. I asked for some towels at 1: 30pm and was told they would be in a bag outside of the room came back at 9: 00PM and we had no towls called the desk number and was told we should have called before 9pm and they had already left and it would be an hour before they could get back to get us some towels. We wake up in the morning our room was infested with ants and when we told the manager Denice all she said was the next time we book with them to mention her name for a discount was not offered any compensation we had ants in our room. We should've been refunded something.

Great place, very clean and modern. Denise was very flexible and understanding of all our concerns. Only issue I encountered was a tiny ant problem, but then again, its spring, so no blame on anyone there. 10/10 would stay again

Units have been redone and updated flooring and walls in a unique design. Feel like beach/Island hotel. Friendly, kind staff. Felt safe as they're cameras outside of rooms. I revisited three times in two weeks as I did a temporary assignment in Sag Harbor.

Great place amazing friendly staff. If you need a place to stay in Southampton this is the place.

Second year staying at Hamlet Inn and it's amazing! The rooms are great and the location is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. Pool and beach pass are the icing on the cake!

The manager is absolutely wonderful, she's friendly and makes excellent recommendations, she can help you with directions and show you routes that will save you HOURS. Ignore your GPS, listen to what she says. The pool was great, our room was clean, updated, fresh. Air conditioning was great, as I'm always hot and it was more than adequat. I adored sitting in the porch, and the property is loaded with beautiful hydrangeas. We've paid double what we've paid here elsewhere and not had half as good as an experience. Yes, it's 20 minutes from east Hampton, bit it's ABSOLUTELY worth it. This will be our go to from now on. We adore it

The gal at the desk was so friendly and helpful.we received a warm welcome and a plethora of info regarding the hotel and local eateries! Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the pool was wonderful! A must stay!
