Hampton Inn Niagara Falls reviews
15Always a great hotel! This is one of several visits in the past postponed because of COVID-19 and as usual it's been great
Always clean
Best breakfast
Kind and polite and extremely helpful staff at all levels.
Really enjoyed staying in this cozy hotel by myself.
It also has a pool so could relax while travelling
It was nice except we found a bunch of hair on the beds and our toilet had a lot of trouble. It wouldn’t fill up with water. Other then that, it is close to everything.
Clean and convenient to where we needed to go. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful when we noticed the shower curtain was missing from our room. Quickly replaced it.
For what it is its great. Good breakfast, dog friendly and you can walk just about anywhere. Front desk more than helpful.
We always stay in a Hampton Inn when we travel. This location is clean, fairly up to date. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff not so much. However, the walking distance to Niagara Falls is a huge plus. **I do not recommend walking after dark. ** If you visit during the off season, there are many attractions and restaurants in the area that are closed.
I had a great experience at the hotel. Amazing Sarah was very friendly and helpful. People like her makes me wanna come back here again and again. The rooms were amazing and they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at à walking distance to the Niagara state park and the rainbow bridge. Makes everything super convenient. Thank you so much Sarah ️
This hotel is more like a Comfort Inn than a Hampton Inn. Very expensive, small rooms, not particularly clean, all for the low, low, price of $350/night. It would be fine if it wasn't so ridiculously overpriced. Their breakfast is very good though but when you spend major bucks on a room, I expect more than just a good breakfast. BTW, if you do book a room here, the thermostat on the wall controls the temperature. Don't try to control the unit under the window directly like you do in every other hotel or you'll get an esoteric error code and it will take the front desk 3 hours to come up and explain how things work. Maybe it's just me but they could have stated that on the phone 3 hours earlier.
The hotel was great and the location was perfect for going to Niagara falls. The staff was very friendly and very informative.
I would give this place 4.5 stars. Super friendly ladies at checkin, breakfast was better than most places weve stayed. Only negative we had were sheets had a hole and gray marks like grease or oil not able to wash out and shower drain sucked. Ankle deep in water by end of shower. Would def syay again. Walking distance from Casino and falls attractions.
Good location, within walking distance of several attractions and the falls. The area around it seems a little run down. There is no view of the falls. The room was clean and pleasant. Huge screen TV. I had trouble with it, maybe just me though. They have cable, I think. The only guide I could find was on channel 2, and there was no way to maneuver through it, or go to the channel you want. No information whatsoever, I had hoped for a channel list at least.
The water pressure in the shower is just ok, it gets the job done. I was tickled by the soft close and soft open toilet, I've never seen one.
They have free internet, but you have to sign up or be a member of their club. I didn't use it, no need for it when you have 4G, whatever data is required.
One small annoyance. There is only 1 waffle maker in the breakfast area. Too many people waiting for it, no hotel waffle for me: (
I wouldn't have a problem staying here again, but I wouldn't have a problem exploring other hotels. Nice place, but average.
Very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Rose at the front desk is an absolute pleasure! She made myself and my other guest feel so welcomed! The hotel is within walking distance to everything.
Location was very good. You could walk to many of the restaurants, and sights. Loved the historic area. Rooms very comfortable. Free breakfast always nice treat
