Nice size room but didn't like the beds. They were noisy & not comfortable. Sheets were rough, pillows just ok. I've stayed in other Hampton Inn & have decided zi don't care for them.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provided shuttle services to and from the airport/hotel. Ample parking spaces on the property. The bathroom was well equipped with large, bottled handsoap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.had I known, I would have left mine at home Breakfast was Good!

During my stay, met LaTrice and Carl. I traveled to NY to pick up my mom and I arrived late at night. I had a long, rough, and uncomfortable flight. LaTrice checked me in and in seconds, she had me smiling and laughing. Chatted with her the next day and again, she had me laughing.

Carl handled the breakfast and shuttle service. During breakfast, he checked in on us (the guests) several times to make sure we were OK. The next day, he brought me and my mom to the airport. Carl helped me with my mom A LOT, he secured a wheelchair for her, and helped me with our luggages.

I will remember LaTrice and Carl and the Excellent customer service they provided. Above and Beyond!

Do not stay at this hotel unless you want bed bugs! Upon arriving in our room after waiting 30 minutes trying to check in we found 3 live bed bugs on the bed! Drove the 3 hours home. Still awaiting refund from booking. Nightmare!

We stayed here before taking an early morning flight. It is very conveniently located across the street from the airport. Great front desk staff!

Beds were not great. Pretty sure mine was broken. Made squeaking sounds every time I moved. Did not sleep much as a result, and woke up with a sore back. Could hear the guests in the room above us. Breakfast was good. Customer service was friendly. Probably would not choose this location again though.

Perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. After going to my room and finding out that the digital key wasn’t functioning, I explained to the front desk clerk, and she told me that the key maker system was also out and that I would need one of the hotel staff to take me to my room Anytime I wanted to re-enter. During her entire explanation, there was no apology just a statement of the facts of how things were. She wore a fluorescent green name tag with her name written across it. Maybe she offered no apology because I interrupted her dinner which she was eating at the front desk. I went back to my room to look for another hotel, and learn that the Wi-Fi didn’t work too. I went to the front desk yet again and told him I wanted to check out. I looked at the folio and noticed I was charged for a day and brought it to her attention, and she said no that was being credited out. The statement didn’t read that way. It’s been nine days and I still see no refund Hilton. Customer service has been basically useless in my process of escalating my dissatisfaction. I will not stay at Hampton brand hotels in the future.

Door lock didn't work right. 5 tries before it unlocked.every time. Shower soap dispensers empty. Shower door had to be lifted to open and close. Outlets on the lamps broke. Beds comfortable, room clean and attractive. Poor lighting

Very clean rooms with access to pool and work out room. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Front desk worker Lisa was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean, hotel staff are nice and accommodating, with 24 hours coffee available. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport and anywhere within 5 miles. There was limited choices for the breakfast when we went there. Overall experience was excellent.

We stayed here to drop our kid off to college. Breakfast was decent way better than the Holiday Inn next door. The staff was great and super helpful.

The room we originally were put in had dirty bed linens. The desk clerk was so nice and upgraded our room.

Hotel, building, pool were all nice. Some staffing issues though, short staffed, and some just not capable. Desk manager wouldn't or couldn't answer calls. 24/7 coffee was empty or cold twice.

I don't know what happened in this hotel room before I got here but the smell of bleach is nauseating. The carpet had a wet spot. It was very uncomfortable and cleanliness was lacking. Glad I was only here for 1 night

Beware. Dirty rooms. Feces in the toilet, pubic hairs in the showers on the walls and shower curtains, and long hairs in the sinks. I’d post pictures if it wasn’t classless to do so with such filth. The Floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. There was hair in ever corner of the bathroom. I can’t trust the beds linens were clean, with the state of the bathroom. And I tried kindly to mitigate the issue with Ben the manager. Nevertheless, he refused to refund the cost the room and the hotel was fully booked that night. He Sent me on a wild goose chase for days saying Priceline has to issue the refund. Then, I 3-way called them and he admitted he was refusing a refund. Horrible customer service. I love Hampton Inn normally, but they really need to address the issue at this chain/ location with the manager and the cleanliness. I’m floored at how he handled this issue. In closing, he hung up the phone while him, I, and the Priceline rep were all discussing the issue. Unbelievable. I regret spend anytime here. Pick another hotel. It will save you a headache.
