Hampton Inn & Suites Cazenovia

This is a nice very clean hotel but I have no idea what I paid $259 per night for when other hotels in the area charged about $100-115/night for similar rooms. Very basic and standard 2-star accommodations. I hoped for the restaurant on the premises but it turned out it's closed on weekends (don't recall it being mentioned when I made the reservation). A/C unit super loud. Mattress was stiff.

A wonderful super nice lady at reception, an unexpected location on the outskirts of Cazenovia so that you have to drive to any location in the village, and a basic room even for Hampton Inn. Did not use the fitness room (looked nice) and the pool (small indoor pool with one family pretty much taking all the space). Nice seating area outside of the hotel.

Good experience overall but I feel that I overpaid a lot for it. Next time I'll stay in one of the more reasonably priced B&Bs in the village within walking distance to everything.

Really a great experience, the hotell us clean, the staff is very friendly. And the breakfast is good. I did not like the eggs. Over all it was a great place to stay.

Spacious, like new rooms. Great gym that has a peloton to boot! Very clean and friendly service.

Kitchen/breKfast staff were lacking. Empty food bins (eggs, etc.) And both coffee and hot chocolate empty as well as had some items that should be kept cold that were not.

The front desk girl with purple hair is AMAZING! She ran the bar, front desk, took the trash out, she got people boxes, drinks, and so much more she even checked on us when we sat outside to clear our drinks and asked if we needed anything. She was amazing!

Amazing staff who took the time to help out with any needs. I requested to be contacted about a delivery that arrived after checking out. Without hesitation, they agreed and did exactly what they promised to do…they called me once my package arrived later in the day and had it waiting at the front desk when I arrived back at the hotel. As many of you can attest, hotels can be of little to no help once you check out.

I experienced many smiles and welcomes from staff during my stay, along with a clean environment. A must stay if you are in the area!

Front desk staff was excellent room was very clean, excellent night stay, will definitely stay again next time we are in the area, thanks for everything.

This place is one of best I have stayed in. The staff are the best around and the rooms are clean and cozy. I only would wish to see microwaves in the double bed rooms as well but there is one by the front desk you can use. Breakfast is awesome every day. The restaurant/bar is delicious with the cheese sticks to die for! Burgers are excellent.

Great stay! Great customer service. Quinn accommodated us with a late stay request. Which helped us out tremendously.

I would like to say how incredible this hotel was, with it's wonderful staff and incredible rooms. There's a pool, a gym, a banquet hall, a breakfast hall, and many other things, so if you're in Cazenovia and need to stay somewhere, Hampton Inn is the place to go.

We had the Hampton Inn do a room block for our wedding we were having at the Lincklaen House. Sierra and her staff were very helpful in this process and accommodating. We wanted to have backup rooms available just in case. Highly recommend the Hampton Inn for any special occasion or just to stay.

Staff ok. They had a real bunch of partiers. Call and complained at 230am. The noise was going to 330am both friday and saturday.

We hold our quarterly business meetings here and I really enjoy going here, The lunch that we had brought in from an outside source didn't include the condiments and the manager went on their own and got them for us. Nice touch!
