Hampton Inn & Suites Lake George

100% satisfaction is a joke. We had problems from the moment we checked in and they weren't resolved until the following day only after I complained several times.

What an amazing experience and professional staff. The property is unique having a full service bar with a spa accommodations included our ski tickets to gore mountain. Absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect employee for perfect accommodations.

When I stayed Hampton Inn in Farmington, CT, I was so satisfied. So I expected it would be the same like that.
But even though we had a connecting room for 4 people, the room was a very small and there was not much place for two people to sit neither, and breakfast was ok but the receptionist was a businesslike and unkind.so our experience here wasn't very happy this time.

Myriad of issues. I checked into the room using the Hilton app but because I booked 2 suites I could not use the app. At check in I asked for both rooms to be cleaned and my room on the first floor was never cleaned. I talked to staff at the front desk and they said cleaning staff were gone for the day. Later on at 4 o'clock they told me they were available for cleaning. They were just about to leave the building. I told them I absolutely did not want them to clean the room. The cleaning staff had their coats on and were already ready to leave I felt really uncomfortable. My suite had a broken table, rusty door jam to the bathroom constantly stuck and broken window blinds. I went out side to take a sled ride with my kids where someone was walking a dog I was told where I was going is a snowmobile trail. However, the hotel had no postings or signs leading to the area.

Very nice hotel. One of the best lounge area that I have ever seen in any Hampton Inn hotel.

Fantastic experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The gentleman who served breakfast was extremely friendly and started the day of right! He should be commended for the job he does. Great place to stay with the family.

Deserves 10! Stayed last week for my 62nd birthday & it was perfect right from the start! Kirsten upgraded my suite and had champagne waiting upon my arrival, which was a nice surprise! Michelle & Diana took excellent care of me the rest of my stay! Scott prepared & maintained the awesome free hot/cold breakfast every day I was there. I never eat in the morning but I enjoyed scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, waffles, coffee, etc. Everything was delicious! The hotel is decorated beautifully for Christmas! The indoor pool & gym were clean & nicely maintained. My king suite was spacious, see pics. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & already booked a queen suite with balcony for Christmas! Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks! I’ve been visiting Lake George 49 years & this hotel is now my top choice to stay in, that’s not Lakeside! And that’s saying a lot, because I have a very good friend who owns a hotel that’s downtown in the heart of the Village, that I’ve been staying at for the past 10 years!

Previous guests' towel was left hanging on bathroom door. Refrigerator was not working properly so we lost $40 in leftover food to include a Porterhouse steak. Bar closed

Clean Inviting Even for a Big Motel Chain all by itself on a little Knoll off of SR9 IN Lake George New York. The Staff The Cleanliness The Breakfast was always Top Notch. Definitely will Book Again. Say Hi To Kirsten when you Stop In

Loved this Hampton Inn! As usual, rooms are clean, staff super friendly; they have a bonfire from 5-10pm that is amazing. What's not to like? Definitely recommend for a great stay in the Lake George area!

Great hotel at a great location for a great price! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The cherry on top was that this is a dog friendly hotel. Our dog was extremely happy as she got to meet many kids and other dogs during our stay. The hotel is close to Lake George, so you can spend your day at the lake and then have a relaxing evening in the hotel. They have a pool and also a barbeque and a fire pit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Lake George!

Stayed for 1 night in lake george with another couple Received a 250$ smoking fee in the morning upon departure, couldn't dispute couldn't argue, the guy said nomatter where I send a complaint or if I talk to corporate it will just go right back to him so there was no use.on top of the disrespect i recieved from the guy dealing with the fee it was extremely unprofessional work environment receptionist dosing off at the desk at multiple times of the day sitting on there phones and extremely rude attitude

If we could give it below a 0. Or below one star we would absolutely do it! Worst experience of our lives! Most of the staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we first checked in everything seemed very nice and clean. I do peritoneal dialysis every night, so it's very important to have a clean safe environment. Before getting ready for bed we thought we would take a shower. We ran water in the bathtub with hot water, but then noticed small worm like things coming out of the sink in bathroom! I took a vidio with my phone. I was very sick at the time and my husband, just wanted to get me to a different hotel after seeing that! We took it up with the Manager Jeffery who was very matter of fact, saying he could put some clorox bleach down the drain for us! We got the heck out of there! The clencher is that they still charged us for the one night stay! I intend to get our money reimbursed to us! If it were not for the fact I was ill we would have refused to pay while there. No one in there right mind would want to stay in a room which you can't use the bathroom!

They allow pets so the hallways reek of animal. I checked into my room and the smell of cheap air freshener was so intense I had to leave to prevent a migrane. I alerted staff who said no other rooms were available and the smell would “dissipate” soon. Now I wonder if an animal used the bathroom on the carpet as to why the nasty air freshener smell was (and still is) so intense. Will never use this hotel again. Do not recommend. Also the breakfast had flies galore. I let me son swim in the indoor pool the last day before we left… pool opens at 8am… we were there at 8: 02 and it was completely empty and huge chunks of hair ALL over the tiles the entire area so clearly they don’t clean overnight. My 5 year old was not happy we had to skip the pool due to filth. I’d rather sleep in my car on the side of the road than waste my money here again.
