Hampton Inn & Suites New Hartford, Clinton NY

Curling club is 10 minutes away and the weekend event was accompanied with a late evening of entertainment. Hampton Inn is a perfect fit at your New Hartford location.

Clean, warm rooms with standard television selection. Power station was provided, alarm clock, fridge, and microwave. Restricted water flow for the shower and sink (probably regulatory). Nice morning breakfast with eggs, waffles, bagels, sausage, etc.

The attending manager Jean was exceedingly polite and worked with our company quickly and efficiently to get us rooms.

We booked the king Studio, it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures did not do the room justice. The staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was different daily and delicious. We had a seminar to attend and the conference room was great. Thank you

Outstanding example of Hampton Inn quality & excellence! Room was clean & quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. No issues at all. Breakfast was great.

Standout touches for covid safety was hand sanitizer stations on every floor at elevators, and throughout the public common areas on main floor. Also, disposable gloves in food service area were a great addition as well.

First time traveling and staying at hotel since covid, and was made to feel safe. Very pleasant experience and would stay again.

It is my brilliant son's birthday and Labor Day Weekend. My wonderful family and I decided to take a road trip to Hamilton College, where he attends, to spend the day. We left NYC at 7am after packing up our vehicles knowing that it would be a 4 1/2 hour drive. My Mom, two sisters, the Absolute Love of My Life and I arrived at Hamilton College, got my little man sorted out and did some grocery shopping. Afterwards we headed to the Hampton Inn and Suites. First Impressions? NICE. The grounds were well kept, manicured and the hotel staff were professional, friendly and welcoming (Overall 4 1/2 Stars). Check in was seamless (Shout out to Aaron: 4 Stars) and we headed to our room to drop off our luggage. The room was just what we expected. We needed a few more towels so I asked our housekeeper, (Nate: 4 stars). He was soft spoken, down to Earth and more than helpful. We left to have dinner then returned shortly thereafter to open gifts and have birthday cake in the room. My son had planned to see a play on campus at 7pm so we dropped him off, said our goodbyes and returned to the hotel. While mom got ready for bed the ladies and I planned to go to the lounge to hang out. Upon arrival, I checked in with Julia (4 stars) at the front desk. She offered us a few boardgames to add to the entertainment and pass the time. We all had a blast while fighting sleep. One by one we took our leave to prepare for bed. I chose to hit the fitness center for about 45min.before I retired. We agreed that our sleep was restful. We got up early to get on the road but took time to have breakfast. My Beautiful Wife really enjoyed the mini chocolate waffles I made for her. Alot of memories were made in this short stay and we're already planning to return in November.

OVERALL: A Solid 4 1/2 Stars

Hotel is clean and the staff is nice. Water pressure is not great. Close to restaurants, shopping and gas station.

This hotel is conveniently located, the rooms have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, very good breakfast and allow you to take your dog. Everything was clean and coffee was available throughout the day. There was even a nice path to walk through a wooded area. I would cettainly stay here again on a trip to the Utica area.

The highlight of our stay was not the pool, nor the s’mores station, but the front desk man, Jean. I have never encountered a greater employee in my life and I am so thankful for the experience we had. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time and we can’t wait to stay again! (Also the waffles were amazing!)

Room was perfect, breakfast in the morning, not so good.most items were empty, no urgency by staff to get anything refilled.very disappointed.

Absolutely love this place, I travel all the time and this is hands down one of the best places I've ever been. When I walk in and they say Mr. Barber I've been waiting on you all day is one hell of an appealing sound.
They have a weight room with cables and a pull up bar and they have a heated swimming pool I love doing lapsing.

Hampton Inn and Suites New Hartford is a great place to stay for a long weekend. The rooms are nice and large and the sleeper sofa is very comfortable too. The only thing was our remote control for the TV was kind of on the fritz, but that was it. Now about the breakfasts. On Saturday morning the food was very good nice set up. On Sunday the egg souffle was just meh, the waffle station was a big hit. Overall I would recommend this hotel because it allows pets and that's a plus.

My wife and I visited family in Utica. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in New Hartford. The facility is clean, and the staff is excellent

I've never experienced a better staff in my life. Every single staff member during our stay was attentive, overly accommodating and went above and beyond, even when not asked. They opened breakfast an hour early on the weekend so our softball team could get a good meal in before we had to leave, and they offered to arrange a conference room if we were ordering in one night for a team dinner. The cleaning staff even gave our girls high fives on their way out to a game. Lovely outdoors area, the girls swam, played basketball and volleyball while the parents sat around the fire. I can't say how much we appreciate the staff and loved our stay at this clean, updated and wonderful hotel.

Can't say enough about this hotel. Our room accommodated the three of us and our dog. The room and bathroom were both clean. As you can see from our pictures there was plenty of room for everyone to move around. There's enough outdoor areas for fiddo. Even a patio to sit and enough breakfast and the evening smores delight. Key location and minutes from Fort Stanwix National Monument, Grifiss Airforce Base, restaurants, shopping centers, Lake Erie and Mohawk Trail. Breakfast in the hotel was good too.

We drove up 5 hours from NYC and needed to check-in early and they were so helpful in getting me ready for my graduation ceremony that started at 4. The staff was so friendly! I had my kids and they allowed us a few extra minutes in the pool because we got back so late from the ceremony and were checking out the next morning. The continental breakfast was amazing, felt more like a paid breakfast, it wasn't just muffins and croissants but eggs, and even a waffle iron that my kids really enjoyed.

Surprisingly really nice hotel. Sorry, reasonable priced hotels are not supposed to be this pleasant. Big and clean room. Microwave and iron and hair dryer. Fancy soap and shampoo. Friendly staff. Okay breakfast, they try. But it's included so stop complaining!

First let me say that I'm a tough judge when it comes to hotels. This is an excellent hotel choice. Clean and tidy. Very nice room and quiet. Also nice outside area to sit or grill. Convenient location. Very quick drive to Turning Stone Casino. Also close to lots of stores, food and liquor stores.
