Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, room was phenomenal, and the meeting space we used was one of the best we'd seen our whole trip. Thank you for such an easy and fantastic stay.

Just stay at super 8 there seriously no difference except about $120. The staff was awesome but there is no Tempur-pedic beds Also, there’s no bathtubs in the room. The service is top notch but they are lacking in cable tv. Also the advertise free Internet, but it’s actually not free. The gentleman actually had to come up and put a code in my computer to give me free Internet. Weird if you stay at a lower hotel you won’t be disappointed

Truly loved our stay at this lovely Hampton Inn! We reserved 2 rooms and everything was wonderful! As soon as we walked in Wade was there to greet us with a big smile and even made fresh coffee Thanks! The next day Pam was so helpful at the front desk. During breakfast Elizabeth was such a sweetheart! She offered to take our plates and clean our tables. Wow! We were not expecting that kindness. This was the best service experience I have had at a Hilton Brand Hotel! Thank you for the great stay! Good work

Stayed at this location from Aug 17 - Aug 21,2023. I chose this location due to the positive experience during my stay in February 2023. In addition, the hotel is situated near RT81 and the NY State Thruway. The hotel has plenty of parking underneath a well lighted parking lot. As of now, this hotel is and will continue to be my hotel of choice when in the Syracuse Area. One negative comment. On Aug 21 at approx 730 am, as I was loading my car under the front entrance, a female employee was taking a smoke break. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the entrance as well as my car. Suggestion: Hotel Management enforce employee break areas away from any building access.

Excellent stay at this Hampton Inn on Buckley Road while visiting the NY State Fair. The inside of the hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent swimming pool and hot tub. Friendly service. I highly recommend!

Great reception, all of the staff are very helpful befitting the hospitality industry as it should be. The property is a newer one and the location is convenient to all the area has to offer, plenty of parking. Oh lets not forget the breakfast selection and the wonderful people serving it. As a added bonus parking is ample even for trucks. One of my favorite stays in a long time and I do spend most of the year in hotels.

Great pool and hot tub, very friendly staff! Breakfast was probably the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had! Omelets were great. The room was spacious. The bed wasn't very comfortable and sagged in the middle, so that if you're sharing, you and your partner will sink into the middle. Pillows were good. The room was clean except for the bathroom door which was quite dirty, and the closet floor area which desperately needed to be vacuumed.

This was a very nice hotel to spend one night in Syracuse. The ladies working around the breakfast area were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wowzer! The best of the best. Sleep is by far the most important thing for us while traveling. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds ever! We are actually ordering one for our home! They also have a signature product for hair and skin. It's called Zero. O. M. GOSH. Amazing! Another order was placed!

This hotel is in a very convenient location if you are looking to be near Destiny Mall USA during a visit to Syracuse. It is close to multiple highways and backroads to be explored.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating.

My only real complaint is the place could have been cleaned better and that broken TV is not from me. However, when traveling during a holiday weekend, one should leave room for understanding.

I would 100% stay here again.

The facility appears to be of recent vintage, but the physical plant shows signs of neglect. The carpeting is visibly dirty, the room chaise was stained. Also, a harsh Chlorine-like smell plagued our room.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient for us. I don't plan to stay here again.

Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was hot and ample. Breakfast area kept very clean and breakfast host was very pleasant. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
