We are so disappointed! The place looked ok the music was loins and terrible. We ordered the same things we used to snd nothing was even close the the wonderful flavors we remember having for years. The crispy tofu was rubbery and hard the sauce with it was flavorless the scallion pancakes were tasteless oily and limp. I could go in but you can get the idea. We are so sad! We waited so long for it to open.

The food is pretty good if they get your order right. I have legitimate food safety concerns with this place. We really enjoy the food here but unfortunately have to have benedryl nearby when ordering. My partner has both shellfish and poultry allergies and on numerous occasions she has had reactions due to incorrect order packing. It is evident they don’t take the quality/safety issues seriously because even though we reach out, it happens again and again. I am sure we are not alone in this. Please be careful if you have any allergies.

Nothing was straight up bad, just that nothing was spectacular. Having frequented the old location, I had high expectations walking in. Every dish we ordered was lacking depth in flavor, any of these dishes would be consistently done better at another restaurant down Henrietta. The wait staff seriously needs some training. No one came by to check on us even once after food came out. No one seemed to care about hand hygiene, the same hands dipping in dirty dishes and cups while clearing tables also brought out new plates and napkins. The staff just weren’t having a good time or something… The new space is beautiful but the dining experience does not mirror the looks.

Edited to add: I really hope the restaurant will transition away from the grimy paper menus that resemble a kindergartener’s neglected homework.

Went with some friends and expected at least a 15 minute wait time for food to arive and it only took 5 minutes. I had the shechezuan beef noodle bowl and it was amazing perfect amount of spice to complement the beef. The chicken cury dumplings were unexpectedly excellent

Really good food, and a lovely environment. The servers go above and beyond. However, I got food poisoning last time I came. My partner did not though, and I did not get sick the previous time I came.

One of my favorite restaurants in Rochester. The food never disappoints, and the service is always hospitable. I went for lunch and forgot my wallet. Not realizing until much later in the evening, I went back in a mild panic, and they had kept it safe in the register. Thank you Han Noodle! I will be back

New location. Food is still amazing. They are still working out some kinks with staffing and service. Overall it's a great place to dine. Can't wait until they are in full swing. Highly recommend their food.

Superb Singapore Noodles, and their steamed pork buns are some of the best I've ever had.

Update: The new location is even better! The soup noodle broth is really good.

I have to eat here every time I pass by, the taste is delicious, the parking is convenient, and the newly renovated restaurant is great!

Delicious and speedy service. Exactly the same flavor profiles I remember from home. Definitely recommend the bbq pork buns and the Singapore meifun! Huge portions and reasonably priced.

The new location is so much roomier. The food was just as I remembered. Definitely a must if you're looking for so amazing Chinese food. The menu has a good variety of dishes including.vegetarian. They also provide gluten-free. During the pass years "take-out only" was all they offered. Now being able to dine-in, the food is fresh and hot kitchen to table. A long time waiting. The owners are there on site. Wait staff were friendly. Had a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit. And they have parking now.

The food at Han is consistently great, grade 'A' 90%+. You can bring your friends here and have them order the "safe" Chinese dishes like general tso's chicken or a noodle bowl and they will be infinitely better than some take out restaurant or buffet. However, if you want really fantastic food, you'll need to deviate a bit from your comfort zone and explore the menu. For example, Han is the only place in Rochester that uses Szechuan peppercorn oil in their dishes, which provides an awesome taste and sensation to their mapo tofu or spicy diced chicken dishes. Highly recommend the spicy diced chicken, it is a mountain of chicken with green bell peppers and Thai chilis. It is no chain restaurant so you have to overlook the tiny (but clean) restroom and long wait times for seating during peak hours, but it is my favorite restaurant in Rochester.

Was unbelievably quick how fast they brought the food? Okay full transparency there was a hair in the food (which just happens sometimes I guess) but as soon as we told them, they replaced it with a full order.

Great menu, more than just noodles! Many gluten free options or ability to substitute for a gluten free ingredient. Service was fast and friendly. Got beef brisket with fried rice, was hot and delicious and affordable price. Will be back.

This restaurant is suspected of discrimination. They treat you differently if you have an Asian face. The waitress ignores you when walking in the door and doesn't look up when she speaks with rude and perfunctory attitude, as if she doesn't want to see you. At the same time, she is warm to the white. Very bad experience, not recommended

The food was amazing and really authentic, I’m from Miami and we don’t have this kind of food over there and no even the flavor, the service was really good as well, Suan was helping us and she was really kind, super recommended.

Do you know the classic trope where you get one wish and you choose to bring back something special to you back to life, but it comes back decayed and not how you remember?

That’s what ordering from Han was like. All of the food was a shadow of its former self. Crab Rangoon was a different shape and no longer tasted like crab. The sesame chicken’s sauce was replaced with some vague Chinese food sauce that could maybe be general tso’s and could maybe be sesame chicken. There was not even a single sesame on the chicken of which there used to be plenty. It is very clear that they have shifted vendors to something worse to save money.

Before this their higher prices meant higher quality.

Somethings are better left dead and just so I will never be ordering again to preserve the memories I have of this restaurant’s golden days.

I don’t even know who you are anymore, Han.

Edit: went back recently to the new location and it was better so I am raising my stars.
