Vietnamese Restaurant Hanco's reviews
19Their classic banh mi is one of the great comfort sandwiches. The pork is rich so get it spicy.
Best Banh Mi and Shrimp summer rolls at an affordable price point. Decor of interior could be nicer and a few times I've been they've run out of basic tea options.but considering how tasty everything is I'll keep coming back!
Great sandwiches and rice vermicelli. Very clean and tastes great and consistent every time. Pickled veg are fresh and crunchy, the baguette is fresh and toasted crunchy.
My go-to pho and banh mi place! Also great bubble tea. You can even get decaf bubble tea, which is nice when I'm craving it later in the day and don't want the caffeine.
One of the best bahn mi sandwiches I’ve ever had. Also their boba and pho is great! Really budget friendly for the quality.
Love the sandwiches and pho but the original bubble tea is not the same as other milk tea and it did not taste good. I asked the lady at the counter and she said it's whole milk but it is definitely not whole milk, never trying the original bubble tea again.
I love the grill pork from here! Sometimes get it in a banhmi, sometimes on vermicelli. Never disappoints.
Service is fairly quick. Bathroom is available downstairs.
Basic Vietnamese options in a restaurant filled street. Sufficient options for Pho or Banh mi for solo or family dine in.
I wished they had a better presentation. The chef even did not care to cut the stem. They are not Vietnamese food. I was also surprised by the white steam tofu. It was supported to go with fried Tofu! Cooking withoutp
Love their tofu Bahn Mi (medium spicy) for an easy lunch to eat in the park. Their coconut bubble tea is also fantastic and has a refreshing lightly sweet coconut flavor.
Overall very good banh mi sandwiches, and great vegetarian options. Really, really delicious bread. Our sandwiches (the vegetarian chicken and vegetarian pork) could have used more cilantro. Also, they asked spice level, and we requested medium for the veggie pork and "very hot" for the veggie chicken. The latter was a little hotter (maybe a few more jalapeno slices and a little more spicy mayo), but I was hoping for more heat. The vegetarian "pork" itself was really good and well flavored. The vegetarian "chicken" was good too. I'll be back for the tofu banh mi next time!
I went here for a catering order for a party and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything was handled through email and the owner was thoughtful, communicative, flexible, and was considerate of all of my guests' dietary requirements. The delivery was on time and warm, too. If you're throwing a party, just let these guys know. Banh mi makes for great party food!
Service is good, can be busy at around 2: 40, because that's when the kids from ps261 get dissmised.
The Hanco's Brooklyn restaurant serves up some quite tasty Pho. We ordered the Chicken Broth with grilled chicken and the Beef Broth with beef. Service was fairly quick. The inside dine in seating is limited but take out was the majority choice while we were there.
The BEST tofu bahn mi, anywhere. Have to stop by at least once a week. The tofu is SOFT (not fried or firm) and melts in with the bread & sriracha, and combined with the toppings is just amazing, taste as well as texturally. A+ (It's addicting).
We got the beef and shrimp pho. It wasn't the most amazing broth but was still tasty. They gave me plenty of shrimp on the side.
Not worth the price. I ordered the shrimp rice and it only came with no more than 6 shrimps. They cut it in half to make it looks like they give a lot of shrimps. I paid like 12 dollars not for lots of salads. I ordered shrimp rices, not just salad. The broth of the pho is tasty but could be better.
Quick service and pleasant staff. They accept cards and you can dine in with proof of vax. Masks when ordering! I liked the meat in the classic sandwich but it didn’t stand out. Nothing was bad, I would definitely come here again I just don’t know if I would go out of my way to go back unless I’m walking by.
