Hand and Stone in New City is one of the best massage Parlors I have had the pleasure of being a member for many years. They have a very professional staff. If ever you have an issue you can ask to speak directly with the owner, Sindy Marrero, who will be in touch with to help resolve any issues.

Services are great. My fiance and I had one issue with our membership and Laural (or Laurel, I apologize if I'm spelling it incorrectly), the assistant manager, took care of it right away. Thank you Hand & Stone.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE.ordered 1 gift certificate and was told it could not be delivered to an active email account. Tried again and same. NO GIFT CERTIFICATES AND MY CARD HIT TWICE! Then told there's NOTHING they can do to help and it's on me to take care of it myself. Almost $300 total and NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. Complete cluster and they are doing NOTHING to make it right. Book a massage someplace else!

My facial was excellent however my gift certificate couldn't combine with a product purchase! Very sad because I was looking to become a member.

The massage was awesome! I give 3 stars because I wasn't offered water or tea at the beginning or the end of my massage. I saw a machine that had water with cups on the side, so this is how I found out about the water and the basket of tea on the side. The machine's hot water didn't work. The assistant manager went to the back to get me hot water for my tea, but it was Luke warm. Then my tea bag broke, so I asked the assistant manager to throw it out in the back area. She threw it out and asked if she could get me something else. I asked for a cup of water and she got it for me. She was nice and helpful. I asked the receptionist about a service I was interested in and she said she would get a technician to come out to speak to me to explain the service. Needless to say, no one came out to speak to me.

I'm not sure about this location. Female staff availability isn't that great. Having a great massage really depends on who you get. All are definitely not created equally

I Enjoyed my first cryo facial very much. It was a new experience for me. The cold was manageable, very relaxing, and an overall pleasant experience.

My 2nd time around I tried a Diamond Glow Facial.
I loved it! Brandy was phenomenal. It was also my first time ever trying that add on to a regular facial. It is definitely worth the extra splurge! (They both are! - just 2 completely different things)
For my face, - sensitive, a lot of clogged pores, redness I would follow up again with another Diamond glow facial! I think I won’t ever want to try a regular facial now! It was am amazing facial: highly recommended.

Impossible to make an appt. The only reason I’m going there is because my son gave his dad & I gift certificates. Funny how my son & his wife are going somewhere else now.

The one in Allendale is like 5 min away but I make the trip to Clifton still bc the service and ppl are really good. Best thing to do is a facial and massage around 8 or 9 and just go home and sleep

Had a facial Saturday Nov 12 - The spa was nice, it is definately not an upper scale experience. I think the lady who did my facial was knowledgeable but she was not the whole package as far as the experience went. 1- It felt rushed. 2- She massaged different lotions and cleansers into my face but it was not in a relaxing manner, reminded me of how my 8 year old daughter would do my makeup. 3- She was in and out of cupboards the entire time which was noisy and she appeared to be unprepared, and unprofessional. 4- Every time she switched creams she would pat her hands down on the towel beside both my ears and rub.it was the worst. I usually fall asleep and love everything about a facial but I was tensed and everytime she would pat her hands off it was like a jolt to the brain. I just feel like for $80 I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

Thank you Hand and Stone for the most therapeutic and relaxing full body massage, I have chronic back pain from scoliosis and when receiving massages from one of their NYS certified massage therapists they understand my muscles and skeletal system. The Spa is immaculately clean, staff are always so friendly and welcoming, appointments are always available and I can come in same day when I need massage or facial. I could not function with out you guys! High Recommend

Don’t buy the packages they’re a rip off! They continue to charge you even after you cancel, you can’t get reimbursed and then, they give you only a 3 month grace period to use in my case 5 months of services $345 (with no reminder when it expires)! I call up to book a facial and they refuse to honor it! Bad bad business practices that is how they make their $$$$!
