I worked for this company for 3 months. Where do I even begin. This place and the owners are an absolute nightmare. My first day, I showed up 15 minutes early (8: 45) as I do for every job and no one showed up until 9: 30 and when I called Lauren she didn’t answer because she was in Florida…. The girl who was in charge (Melissa Surubi) was absolutely miserable, one of the rudest human being I’ve ever met. She didn’t want to be there at all and didn’t even say hello to me when I walked in - ON MY FIRST DAY. I wasn’t trained at all. She told me to sit at this desk and wait. That was the entire first week of my job. The owners were in Florida - why did they have me start when no one was going to be there to train me? I was so excited for this job and took such pride in my work - however I wasn’t trained in anything and Lauren got mad when I would make a minimal mistake. Even though I was never trained to begin with. They made me go to their warehouse and stain 4 large bars BY MYSELF with the promise that Melissa surubi would show up to help. About an hour in Lauren called and said no one else was coming. I was there until 1am and I never got compensated on my pay check. Lauren doesn’t care about people whatsoever. How these people ever get good reviews is beyond me. This barely scrapes the surface. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all costs.
