Hannaford Supermarket, Altamont NY

Found fly in deli cheese. Another day I came in and deli meat and cheese were outside of the deli department, just standing there for at least 40 minutes. No refrigerator needed.

Overall very pleased as a customer, store was clean, items where they say located, check out was fast.

I don't usually go to this particular store very often, but when I do, I find some things that other stores don't. Like "Jimmy Dean's Casserole Breakfast Bites"! I like the sausage and egg ones, This Hannaford had them. Now I just wish that they had the "Jimmy Dean's Turkey Sausage and Bacon Frittatas" too. I can't find them anywhere!

Workers are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and well organized for you to find what you are looking for easily.

What can you say? It's a Hannaford. Everyone who works here seems to know what they're doing, and it's clean, and the prices are pretty good.

I've gotta say, before the covid-19 pandemic I was never a giant fan of Hannaford; and early on (March-April '20) their curbside pickup service still had a lot of kinks to get worked out. But now they are our go-to place for grocery pickups. They are responsive, quick to fix mistakes, professional, and courteous. They're really doing a super job serving the community in difficult circumstances.

Upon my arrival I observed shoppers exiting with a smile, it was then that my expectations rose to the top floor of my imagination. Upon my exiting Hannaford supermarket I too smiled like a winner of a lottery jack pot. I was more than pleased with my experience as I was met with choices that rivaled the last. Clean, inviting, professional service to say the least. I would go on but I am not sure if anyone has the time to read my novel.

I love the store. It big and bright. Not cluttered. It's very clean and all the employees we talked to were very pleasant.

People are friendly and helpful. Store is easy to get around, but they have more of their own brand of items and less choices than they used to.

A mostly friendly staff (of course there will always be a few miserable ones) and conveniently located for me is a win win. Freshest produce of all the local supermarkets.

This is just a great place to shop - always clean and organized, as if some magic elves are constantly organizing things! And they have the best sales for meat, considering the fresh, high quality cuts they offer. And on top of it all, all the staff, from folks stocking items on shelves to the pharmacy staff to the manager, are ALWAYS helpful and polite.almost as if.wait for it.they LIKE working here! Thank you to everyone at this Hannaford for setting an example of what grocery shopping should be like.

Usually have all goods one needs rarely saw empty shelves, except in paper goods, most attendants are on top of things. But there are 1 or 2 need to move on if they are not happy.customer edicate lacking
