Hannaford Supermarket, Wynantskill NY

I went around 10: 00 at night was very quiet some stocking equipment in the way but could easily get what I needed quickly when I got to check out all these self checkouts were on and only one personnel checkout I didn't know how to use the self checkout I didn't have a phone number that work that you had to put into use so I had to go to a lighted sign which there was only one and kind of sit there I had to kind of ask if this Lane was open cuz nobody said anything or asked if I needed assistance but once they came to help they were very nice

Great place to shop. I especially like the 9 grain bread. Expensive but worth. And the chickens next door do too.

The aisles are wider than Price Chopper's, which makes for more comfortable shopping. The prices seemed lower, too, on the things I was buying. Super friendly cashier and bagger - helpful and polite. Good shopping trip! I do have a couple of complaints: this Hannaford does not have an olive bar, salad bar, or hot bar (like the Wolf Road Hannaford). Miss those! Also, I really needed Pam cooking spray and there was not a single can on the shelf! Must have been a sale, but this is unacceptable.

Always a clean store with friendly staff. Usually never a wait and self checkout is quick and easy

Great shopping experience here. Always can find what I'm looking for. There are cool options that aren't in other stores. Also Hannaford brand is excellent!

I have no idea why they believe that closing off one entrance, and making everyone line up in one line to check out is somehow more sanitary.now everyone is going in and out the same door, and lining up clustered together, same with the deli counter. There is no way to "social distance" that way. I have never run into so many people as I do now they they are implementing these "safety" measures.and the arrows in the aisles are just patronizing.the employee standing at the door to police our masks is really insulting too. I avoid shopping here as often as possible.

To many fluctuations in store hours and serving the community work hours with there limited hours of operations. Especially being the only grocery store serving the northend

As a consumer i do think its absurd in this day in age to have my shopping experience be affected by large company greed and pawn it off as a guest service.your nit fooling me. Yu take away parking spots close to the door for take out, you take away cashiers to now shop for customers who will pat more for shopping service. I am paying more for less. Hope your proud of what you've done. My money is just as green as the next but am taking less service to those who pay more. All Shopping Lives Matter. But i guess unless u have more money. SHAME ON HANFORD!

I wish people everyone in here were wearing masks and following the arrows. Every time I go I ask this question. Please employees.follow your rules and enforce your employer's rules.

This is my place! It's always clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you'll ever need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

It's a grocery store. Not much to say other than that. They do have self checkout and the prices are fine.

Just got a flu shot from Katie McCormack at the Pharmacy. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained other vaccines that were available to me. Hannaford is so lucky to have Katie on their staff. Thank you, Katie, for your help. I would have given her TEN Stars if you offered that.

Does not carry the same products all the time they are always taking things out and putting totally different products in place

Customer service lady at the desk was really nice even after being treated poorly by a customer before us

Prices are always better than shop rite or price chopper. I like the rewards app, cash back and no more cutting coupons!

Easy to find everything I am looking for, good for quick in and out. Like the new rewards program too.

Very much a fan of this Hannaford. Great prices, best customer service and we buy a lot of produce. It is always fresh.

Fine small supermarket doesn't have the ease of use that shop rite does or the selection of price chopper
