Happy Garden, Bronx NY

On November 11,2022, I called at 5: 16 pm to order shrimp with fries and an order of chicken wings to have them delivered. I called them back at 6: 42 pm telling them to cancel my order because the wait was just too long. (1 Hour and 26 minutes for delivery) The lady taking the order stated to never call back here again. The food is not always great but I still would have ordered food from time to time. I would never be ordering food from this place again. They lost as a customer.

The chicken with broccoli was good. I like my broccoli a little less drenched in sauce though.

There dumplings are HORRIBLE! Poorly made and pure grease! Gross.

Worst customer service in the world. The lady there has no customer service skills at all. She yells at you and ignores you depending on how she is feeling that day. She once denied me sauces for my rice because in her own words, "I don't go there enough. " I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Lol I will walk miles before I step in that place again.

This place has the worst service. The lady taking orders is super disrespectful. Rolling her eyes as my grandmother and I tried to order food. She even screamed at a woman and her daughter while taking their order. If she dislikes us this much then why sell in our neighborhood. The hate is real. Not another dime!

Food is pretty good but the lady always overcharges for delivery. Always says the menu price changes but when you go in person it's lower. Annoying and confusing. Maybe they're charging for delivery. I just end up going in person. Closed on mondays since pandemic

This place always delivers. They serve great food for fair rates, there is no waiting time even when the place is packed.

Ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken wings and had 3 hairs in my rice, long ones. Never again.

Waited over and hour and when I called to inquire as to my order - the woman on the other end proceeded to yell and hang up!

No thick, doughy dumplings here. Very rare to find in the bx, idk who eats them that way but they do it right here.

Finest spot to grab something when in a hurry. Their customer service is efficient, prices are reasonable, fantastic vibes. Will come back again

People are courteous but the food was nasty fish didn’t look like whiting and it was old because you could taste it the fries were oily and not crispy sesame seed chicken was watered down and rice was soggy I don’t know if they stopped the free soda? But that wasn’t in the bag either This was why I stopped eating here. Delivery wasn’t bad but I’d prefer my food made with care along with good delivery and professionalism and yes I agree they over charge for the service of delivery
