Harbor Freight Tools reviews
17Great place but u have to know if u are buying a quality tool or throw away tool. Read reviews on items.
The Massapequa NY store is well laid out and stocked. I've found items here that aren't found in other local stores, so this location has become my "go-to" place to shop.
Harbor freight has everything you need and more. This is better than home depot they are never out of stock. Plus it is a clean place and friendly services. This is a man best sanctuary. Must go and enjoy!
Discounted tools and parts. I bought a floor safe here as well. Everything is cheaper than Home Depot. Sometimes, you can tell. Up to us as the consumer to find where it's worth it.:) Thanks!
Variety of tools. Good customer service. Great with coupons and when having super sales. Honestly for what you’d pay for would vary price wise. Most times can be expensive other times can be decent price.
Great selection of tools and accessories at very economical prices. I have bought many things here and have never been disappointed. Brought my wife with me the other day, now she loves this place too!
I've been loving Harbor Freight lately. I've probably gone 3 or 4 times in the last few weeks and each time I find more tools that I just need to have. Harbor Freight has really upped their game. The tools are now available at different tiers like a good, better and best quality depending on your wants and needs. I used to say that I wouldn't buy Harbor Freight tools if I was a contractor or was using them daily but I believe those times have changed.
Great throw away tools! Quality isn’t that bad on some of the stuff but remember with everything basically, you get what you pay for
Great Store, Employees are Awesome
Rob Hardy who works there one of the most helpful and courteous that they have in the store.
Always look for him for help when I come to the Store
Prices getting too high for the Chinese tools they sell and the parking lot is a garbage strewn mess and a disgrace to the neighborhood. Not worth going there anymore
If you have been to a harbor freight then you know what it is. If not they have low grade tools for medium grade prices. They have medium quality tools for slightly higher prices. For just a little bit more money's you can find some decent tools but don't be mistaken thinking you can purchase Snap-on or equivalent tools here because you definitely cannot.
Great prices, great service, great selection.can't say anymore. Yes I could; no coupons! (One less star) this place is synonymous with store flyer, not sure it will survive without it?
This isn't your typical Harbor Freight, the employees were very professional and kind. Willing to help every step of the way. My husband and I bought a large item and without any thought one gentleman grabbed it and helped my husband throw it in the truck. Haven't had this experience at any other Harbor Freight
Prices have been rising for a while here. Making it easier to go to home depot for just a little more. No more 20% off coupons to motivate taking the ride and to top it off I was met with an unprovoked attitude from a young lady at the register today. I told her I hoped she would have a better rest of her day. Too young to be so angry.
Nice clean store with good stock and selection. Staff is usually very helpful but, you may occasionally run into a grumpy employee. Still, 9 out of 10 are courteous. Don't underestimate Harbor Freight. You just need to know what to buy. Batteries? = No. Never. Don't do it. They work, but they leak. Flashlights? Yes! $4 Multimeter? (free on the right days with a Q) definitely worth it. Shop stool? Work bench? Storage item? Yes, Yes, Yes! Go check out Harbor Freight. You'll thank me later.
Not the greatest quality of tools but they do have reasonable prices. They could use more employees, but I have to say the ones that are there are as nice and helpful as you could ask for.
