Harbor Freight Tools, Yorkville NY

They have a good selection of tools that I don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on. Their Pittsburg house brand is of good quality for small shop or home use. Their tool replacement policy is awesome, I've used it a few times and no hassles. Their coupon deals are very nice. As with any of these discount tool shops, you just need to be aware of what you are buying and how you plan on using it. For me, 3/4 of the stuff is more than sufficient and is cheap enough to replace if something does go haywire.

Always such kind and helpful customer service. Never had a bad experience. Amazing deals and sales daily especially being an "Inside Track Club" Member. 1 year membership is $30 or 2 year is $45 and that itself is a great price but regardless of which membership you choose, you'll save that membership cost in your first or second visit. With the membership you also receive 2 wallet size membership cards and 2 keychain membership cards so you can share your membership and benefits with a Second person. I've also never even needed my card once in 2 years and over 20 visits (Often people forget there wallets or left it in the car and with digital payments ~with the tap of a phone or card~ on the uprise) just providing your phone number associated with your membership at check is always very convenient, simple, fast, & efficient. Great products at great prices and most items are covered if faulty in anyway or even broken or damaged by customer. Probably the best consistent deals I've ever seen & 110% the best customer service 110% of the time- No questions. Honestly, consistently the best store/business I've ever encountered in my whole life.

Overall.good store! Most workers are fairly friendly, and most of the tools sold at Harbor Freight are decent quality! Obviously, you get what you pay for! If you're expecting top of the line tools.go elsewhere! Then again, you're not paying for top of the line tools! If you want good tools for excellent prices.shop at Harbor Freight!

All in all a decent business the reason I left the review is because I had a less than satisfactory run in with an employee today. Very rude.
And you have to watch what you buy because a lot of the tools break soon after you use them but that’s the reason they have the return policy that they do…

Tried to use the "25% off any single item "at the store and told it was not any every item.only the ones they picked,! False advertisement
