Worst harbor freight around terrible service and the management is terrible we will never go to that one again

Great little store, low on staff to help with finding things. But they have good selection of tools.

The Cashier's and Manager here are Fabulous. The smart go to place for any tools etc.

Very nice people working there place is very clean the prices are good and it located in a good spot next to Lowe's in Rome

Bought a hot dog style compressor at the Rome, NY store on 4/10/22, thought about it for a couple weeks (never opened it) & decided I should have bought the pancake style instead. Both were on sale for the same price at the time. Went back on 4/23 to try & exchange it. Heather exchanged it at no cost to me, despite the pancake style being a higher price normally. Thanks guys!

Love this store, its like going into a toy shop for adults, always greeted and asked if i needed help finding what i am looking for.staff are very pleasant to deal with.

They literally have battle axes for sale. They're like 2 sided wood axes but still dope.

Went in to find a tool box for my son. I was nervous about quality but ended up being really happy with price and quality.

Always quiet inside. I usually go in with a picture on my phone and ask someone lol and they are always happy to help.

I love tools, and I especially love affordable tools with lifetime warranties. Don't buy a lot of their power tools due to a lack of good warranty, but they're probably good too. However, for wrenches and sockets and drivers there's not a better bang for your buck than Pittsburgh. Only wish they had some no skip sets. I pay more for the sockets and wrenches I need to fill in the skips and then I do for the bulk of the stuff I get from Pittsburgh. They need to come out with the "Pittsburgh Patch" -I'd gladly pay a little more for the less common sizes. Love this place though, but do your research.

Like a strip club leave money you don't wanna spend home. That said it's easy to go in for one thing and come out w 5.

I love this store I literally bought everything I needed to take out my transmission out of my truck for under $150

Great store with super competitive prices. The staff has knowledge of their items and will steer you un the tight direction.

Got an air comressor today, sold as "new" when opened it reaks of cigarette smoke and see it was used to paint in a room with presumably no ventilation.

I wish I'd caught the gentleman's name who cashed me out. He was super helpful with my 500 questions and helped me save quite a bit of money signing up for their discount program. Excellent experience all around!

Great experience going in polite staff had what I was looking for I have an account with them they were having a sale that took off 20℅

On Thursday January 28,2021 my husband and I drove 30 minutes to visit to Harbor Freight in Rome. We arrived at 6: 55 pm. They close at 7: 00. As I approached the glass doors in full view of 4 employees of the store, they locked the door I front of me, turned and walked away, every one of them. Very unprofessional. Shame on the management at this business. Very dissatisfied.
