I love this store it’s always having special deals for there customers and if your are a member forget about you get better deals.

Best HFT in the Tri-State area. Staff are helpful and friendly. Store is gorgeous, clean, and stocked.

Very challenging when an item says in store in stock and then it isn't available or one open box only available with missing parts

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Convenient parking lot helps with transportation of big-box items.

People that work there do a great job. Great products at reasonable prices. And they give out strong shopping bags too!

I had a horrible experience
I got a leak in my basement so I went to Harbor Freight to buy a water pump. I bought a $250 water pump plus $100 for the pipes. The cashier he tells me “do you want to buy an extended warranty 30 bucks good deal” he tells me you can return it no questions ask. Well I bought it and I set up the pump and it isn’t working. So I head back the same day to return it. And they don’t let me return it.
So I asked the manager what did your cashier sell me a warranty. He responded the cashier lied to you. Sorry
I had a terrible experience I was lied to. And I spent a lot of money on garbage.
The warranty are bogus. ️

Didnt have in stock what I went for that was advertised but got a better one for more money

Needed A inexpensive Headlight They had one Which is very bright and met my criteria for being inexpensive plus plus the headband and is very adjustable

Mostly great. A few things dont last long after buying but you can tell that through common sense. Store is always clean and organized. Plenty of coupons online and in their flyer you can grab on your way in. Love it!

What is not to like about harbor freight? Lifetime guarantee tools at work well and all kinds of other cool stuff I wish they had one in Newburgh though

For the small staff they have, they make it work. Great place, great tools. I never got a bad vibe from here. And saved $$

The Quality is Very Good Especially for the price as Compared to the Truck Guys. I've Overstressed Many of the hand Tools over the last 25 yrs. (Sockets, Wrenches, and Ratchets) and they are Still going Strong. Including their little 900 watt Generator that I bought over 8 yrs.ago that I've Run for over 200 hrs. Now. Can't Beat it Especially for around $100.00.

I wasn't at harbor frieght. I was at Ollies.and I enjoyed it, New area rugs and curtain rods.really good prices! I only gave 4 stars cause of the off location. Otherwise, I do like both stores honestly.

Two staff helped me choose a jumper machine to jump my lawnmower battery. They are very knowledgeable about this. They are able to answer your questions.

I had frequently been on their website, but have no stores near me. On a trip, I found this one. An absolute dream for the handyman. Well stocked, clean, organized.

Website says they open at 8am yet I got there at 830 and they are closed. I call the store and the manager gave me a attitude and said they open at 9.

Always come here with my pals when we're wrenching on our vehicles, the prices are awesome and the durability of the tools are good! Love coming here.

I think the insider club is misleading and discriminatory. You walk in see a price that appears to be a sale. Get to the counter to check out and are charged a higher price. The checkout person informs you that the lower price is an. “ insider club “ price. So take it or leave it. Poor business. Charge everyone the same price. If you have a sale. End of story
