I went there to exchange a broken Pittsburgh tool with a lifetime warranty and Bethany, Front End Associate was absolutely amazing! She is exactly what all customer service agents should be. She was extremely pleasant, friendly, and very professional. I was having a rough and long day and her disposition made my day! Every store needs employees just like Bethany. Talk about WOW,! In short, Bethany is SPECTACULAR!
Very nice store, but I don't think it's fair to make low income seniors to pay such a high membership fees making your products unaffordable for us.
Harbor freight definitely has changed over the years, their warranty you should be easy and hassle-free with no receipt needed now it's a different story. They also lost a good percentage of customers when they ended the coupons, Greed took over the company and most tools aren't worth the price
Not much else to say other than it’s Harbor Freight. This is one of the nicer stores I’ve been to overall.

Brittany greeted people as they came in the door and was helpful telling me where to find what I came in for.
The website says they have tools on stock but when I got to the store, the woman manning the register advised me they haven't had my tool in since early December. So much for checking as to not waste my time driving to the store.
They refused to hire me because I have medical restrictions. I'll never go here again.
I love this place for the great tool deals. But I can never manage to leave this place without spending a hundred bucks at least. But I love their deals and their coupons definitely recommend.
Very help people working there. They should give all of them a raise! From the woman who knows where everything is to the cashier who was helpful and kind! Ill be back!
