Hard Rock Cafe, New York NY

Just afew things let the Hard Rock down of a fairly average experience. We still had a good visit.

The Hard Rock Cafe in New York is not just a restaurant, but a real museum where you can take a journey through the history of rock. Every corner of the venue is a tribute to music, with signed guitars, stage costumes and photos of musical legends adorning the walls.
The restaurant is very large and we had a great meal. The staff is courteous and professional, excellent service.
Strategic location, highly recommended!

Excellent like all the Hard Rock Cafés in the world. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a New York Hard Rock in Times Square. 10 points.
The food and service were also impeccable.
The only thing that bothers me, like at the Universal Resort Orlando location, is that when giving the tip the waitress tells me that the recommended values ​​are on the ticket (over 20%). When you give 15% they complain. The client decides.

I always make it a point to go to a HRC wherever I go and munch a hamburger and fries. I buy a cap, sometimes a t-shirt and patches. Because of the season they were out of patches and t-shirts that read New York, so I was only able to buy caps. I went several times and was never able to get a table to dine in, so just ended having drinks. A bit pricey but very good. Nice assortment menu of cocktails. Staff was very friendly at the bar. So if you wish to dine here make online reservations.

Unfortunately very disappointed! We were there for a birthday treat for 7 of us and ordered starters and mains, the mains came out while we were still eating the starters, we complained and the guy shrugged his shoulders and kept serving out, we complained and spoke to the manager who offered us free deserts, we couldn’t even finish our mains due to the fact we had to eat straight after starters, after a few words he took off the starters, we were in there less than an hour, ruined the evening!

Very large sub level restaurant. Multiple levels for eating and drinking. Excellent food. Nice staff.
Second visit was disappointing. Ordered the Impossible Burger served with a stale bun and some measly fries. The waite staff was great.

Not like or used to be. Mainly burgers on the menu, service is not great and expect to pay 18% + gratuity. A bit dirty and old inside. Very sad

Mix feeling for this tourist restaurant attraction. New Yorker won't crazy about it but visitor loves it so, this review will be two opinion and you can decide by yourself which style you like.

Personally, I won't come to this place ever. Food is totally American fushion and taste like fast food. But my cousins who came from Itay, love it!

After, came to had dinner, they asked me to take them back here.so even I don't like this place, but my cousin likes it, I'm willing to make them happy.

That is all, I would like to say. A tourist spot if your family want to go, you have to take them no matter what.

I went back to the cafe couple days later because my cousins wanted to buy t-shirts. I found everything pricy here, but I understand all stuff are for tourist. As a souvenir you pay the brand. The staff was nice friendly and helpful. Even they couldn't speak the customer language, they are happy to find the way to communicate.

I really enjoy visiting each Hard Rock in the cities I pass through. I've visited countless and, today, the one in New York.

Look, the atmosphere is really cool, the location is great and the service is good. However, 3 high chairs were very wobbly, but the main issue was that the food left a lot to be desired.

The Milkshake was very good, but the so-called 'Messi snack', with chorizo ​​and such, quite honestly, tasted like McDonald's. The fries that accompanied the snack were great (the only thing). The meat had no taste (it lacked a lot of seasoning) and the sauce was very bland. In the photo, the snack looks super tasty, with lots of cheese and bacon - it looked like an advertisement for the aforementioned Fast Food chain, in other words, totally disconnected from reality.

I believe it was a one-off error, because it is not possible that the player allowed his image to be used in such a tasteless and equally boring snack, in addition to it being sold as "super tasty".

I make this review in order to contribute to the restaurant, as I know the chain and know its extremely high quality. IF I go back in the remaining days in the city, I hope the flavor is better. Thanks

As expected, this was a very busy location. Food was not a good as other locations I’ve visited but was still a good meal.

The memorabilia and rock 'n' roll atmosphere contribute to a unique dining experience that, for some, may outweigh the downsides. However, for those seeking value for money and a more hospitable dining experience, exploring alternative dining options in the area might be a more satisfying choice. I was starving so I didn't take pics of the food. Imagine basic american dishes lol no frills.

Had a pan fried salmon. Fish was overcooked. Was like a piece leather, hard and dry. Service was non personal, non attentive and hurried.

One of my favourite hard rock cafes I have been to. It was very large and good music. The staff were all really friendly. I enjoyed my meal here in New York. I would definitely recommend this as a place to eat and experience. The hard rock shop is also a great place.

Hard Rock is always an event! I was there in January 2023, the menu didn't have exclusive things, it's still the Messi burger (which I don't like). As I was in NY, I ate delicious macaroni and cheese and cheese cale for dessert! His collection is really cool! But I expected more! Don't forget to take a photo of the guitar wall.
