Hardware City, Queens NY

This store is barely organized and when asking the owner for something he gives you an attitude half the time. I showed him something I needed and he gives me something else saying he doesn’t see the difference…obviously there’s a difference if I’m showing you it. He proceeded to give this sigh that he’s over it and gives you a look that you’re the stupid one which he probably thought I didn’t notice the looks he gives. There’s other hardware stores with way better customer service which I will be going to not one where the owner is a miserable person.

I was told he was helpful but when I went he was very nasty to me and my son because we were trying to ask about an item to buy and then he was very nasty to his worker and belittling him in front of us and other customers I will never shop in his store again and yes I have the right store
