I recently dined at Hasbezauq and had an outstanding five-star experience. The food was exceptional, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The meat-based dishes, including the kabobs and lamb chops, were particularly delicious and left a lasting impression.

I love this place, great choice for lunch or to grab dinner on the way home if you work nearby. Everything I’ve tried so far has been great, I especially recommend the chicken malai roll and the chicken biryani. The chicken tikka roll and beef behari were fantastic too. The nan for the rolls is perfect, very soft and good taste. The paratha rolls are good too. It’s pretty spacious inside, plenty of seating if you’d like to eat in and lots of outdoor seating in the plaza as well. I will keep coming back here and try more of the menu. It’s gets busy at lunch sometimes so maybe call ahead if you’re in a rush. They offer a small cash discount.

Fairly new joint in a hood where there's no other Halal restaurant this place offers great deals for casual dining in quite a formal setting. I had this Lamb dish, and to date, I'm not sure how it was cooked in such a way that it is impossible to tell that's lamb. I hope it was. I will go whenever I am there.

We went for iftar with 15 people for the 1st time. The food was tasteless and cold. Not a single dish has any taste. They even charge for 2 years old kid, everywhere in any buffet nobody charge $15 for the kids. First and the last time we made a mistake to go there.

Not the right place in Ramzan. Except Naan, juice, tea, pakora, and ready-made samosa and vege rolls everything was recycled from previous days. Most of the kababs, haleem and curries tasted like they have been made few days ago. Adults were $20, kids were $15 plus service chg and taxes. For 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 9&11) I had to pay a total of $94. My kids don't even eat pakistani food. Very disappointed.

The service is very bad the bathroom was not clean even. Please do not waste your money on this restaurant.

All the food was cold and salty. They didn't even try to refill all the food. The cashier (bald) was so rude and disrespectful. The washroom was so dirty. On the flyer were mentioned will charge $14.99 but at the register they charged us $20 even for 3 years old kid.

Authentic Pakistani food, naans were fresh and lots of variety in the menu at the iftar buffet. Only thing is the gravy was very runny in both nihari and quorma. Would taste even better if thickened a bit.

As a Muslim I'm embarrassed by these halal restaurants who are simply in this business to get mass profits. It's a shame. "Halal" has become the new low quality norm.

Great place to grab a few Paratha Rolls or Naan for on the go!

Bihari Boti Roll and Malai Tikka Roll tastes great and hits the spot everytime. "The Naan Bread" meets standards that food connoisseurs have that "make or break" the deal. They are also priced less than all of Suffolk County (15-20 Fresh Naan to go, multiple times, adds up quick, even with a a few cent difference, trust me on that).

To be honest, I would come here more often if they made that slight change. The taste really made up for it, and always does, but think about how many other feel this way, potential customers that they are losing because of this. They do need this tough-love and the patronage because it's sometimes quite disheartening to see one or two tables occupied during potential peak hours on a Friday evening.

When I think of Hasb-e-Zauq I think of Bakhter Halal in Fresh Meadows- minus the customers. The way the tables are setup an entire khandaan can come in to eat at anytime. Maybe one day we will go, let's see.

Really friendly and amazing managment. Best taste. Calm and quiet and on top of everything it is clean.

Sat here for about 15 mins while waiting for the waiter/waitress. I tried to find out from the owner why I was waiting for such a long time while there was no else in the restaurant waiting to dine in. The owner of the restaurant said the waitress wouldn't come to me because I was staring or was busy with my phone. I was simply trying to catch up with my family during my lunch break. I walked away.

Excellent Desi Restaurent food was very tasty I visited many restaurants but HazbeZauq is no 1 specially in food and location. 10/10

The food was pleasantly delicious. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs and recommendations.
The restaurant wasn't busy, and the ordering process and delivery were very timely.
Overall, I enjoyed the Sunday lunch!

Excellent. I happened to see it tucked into the plaza and as soon as I arrived at the shipper I backed into my loading dock and informed them I was walking down the road to try this place out. The shipping manager has nothing but excellent things to say about the service and the cuisine, it didn't disappoint. Very exquisite cuisine and lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend for family or couples or solo.

I wouldn’t recommend this place - spent a lot on few different dishes and I wish I could say that at least one of them was good.
