Charge all different prices for the majority of people I’ve talked to that had the same things done. This is because apparently they play favorites and don’t like quite a few of their clients. This was told to me by an old employee as well, which confirmed why the 6 people I talked to had the same things done, but all paid different amounts. My cat needed to be seen there and before even doing anything we discussed prices, which he gave me the range for the best case. I then and was on the phone saying that’s it’s not expensive as we thought, then after the call all of a sudden we started to discuss price all over again and it went up not by a little bit, but by almost double. It was the best case and he didn’t need anything additional, yet I ended up being charged DOUBLE what was originally said. It was just over $1,000. They also misdiagnosed my dog over and over costing me upwards of $2000-3000 on different medications and back and fourth visits. They even tried to get me to come in three times for the same thing, when nothing changed, instead of refilling the meds to continue the treatment. They will do everything possible to get the most from you. Vets like this are the reason it should be regulated. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT ANIMALS. GO TO CUBA IF YOU WANT TO SEE A REAL VET.

Our cat was having digestive issues and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Their Covid protocols are excellent and I felt very safe taking our cat inside. I've been a client since the 1980s.

I have been taking my pets to Haskell Valley for 13 years. I have never had a problem. Always friendly staff, competent Veteranians.
Bedside manner for the animals is always top notch and caring. A little expensive but well worth it in my opinion. You literally get what you pay for.

I drive past several other vet offices to go to HVVC because of the quality of care they have always provided. I've also happily recommended them to fellow pet owners.

Recently I needed to get my Springer Spaniel examined for injury and possible abscess. When I called, the staff member was polite and able to easily get me the appointment I requested. During these times of Covid, I was given instructions as to what to expect upon my arrival. The clinic was prompt, gave me a clear understanding of how Dean-O would be cared for before I handed him off in the parking lot. Dr. Dahar called me shortly after to update me on her findings, and her recommendations. The process was well managed. Dean-O was returned to me shortly after. I am thankful to have the team at Haskell and at Bradford Pet Stop. I appreciate their services and feel fortunate to have these options for pet care in our community.

No one is more skilled and compassionate than the staff here. They literally saved my beautiful puppy from death's door, now she's happy and healthy. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Payne and the whole team!

I truly like all of the staff members at Haskell Valley Veterinary Clinic, as our puppy is a new patient, I found them to be helpful and friendly. The doctor and his assistant were very gentle with him, and kept him comfortable, while explaining everything to me in detail. I felt that they were very competent and show a great passion for their work.

The staff members at this vet clinic are some of the best people I have ever met. They truly do an amazing job. My little fur babies are like my children so when my boxer had to get his nails trimmed he was terrified. However, what they did here was make him not think about what was being done but distracting him with cookies. Best experience for both of us.

My experience here over the past 2-1/2 years has been exceptional! From medical boarding, to expert veterinary advice and care, to a euthanasia experience has been nothing short of compassionate, caring and wonderful!

Have been a patient "Mom" since 2004. Haskell Valley has been there for 6 dogs with wellness care, porcupines, leg surgeries and the unthinkable times when a pets life has to end. They are kind, compassionate and share the most difficult times with deep empathy. The techs are fabulous and the reception is always friendly and efficient. Clearly all animal lovers who understand that our babies (and their parents) need the same care that we'd expect from a pediatrician.
