Store is very disorganized. Staff and service is very slow, and prices are very high for the products sold there.

Great selection and prices. They treat you like family. David Nathan the manager is a legend in customer service. Scrupulously honest and caring the whole staff will make sure you leave in what fits you best and makes you look good.

The HatBox does it again. I came in for a quick transaction and walked with an additional 3 new shirts. Oh, and they added a bonus shirt as I was leaving. Great staff, great customer service!

Mismanaged came in to pick up suit made me wait 25 minutes and lied to me wasn’t ready at all and told me just getting pressed.

Teach your employees to face mistake and. Not to cover up with Lies

Right when I walked in all the staff were so helpful. They made sure that I was getting the best deal and the best quality hat for me. They sell here hats, suits, ties. But also other small things such as winter gloves. The store runs more on the expensive side of things. So the winter gloves you can but there are around $60 and the 180s were in the 30 dollar range, and a hat can cost $180.

Super friendly staff really low price. I hate shopping and they got me in and out with true efficiency.
Messy store is only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

My husband Joel, was in Brooklyn today and had the chance to stop, at the Hat Box and saw Yosi Azan. What an incredible job he did reshaping and steaming his Borsalino 106. Yosi is amazing. Yasher Koach to everyone at Hat Box.
