Worst store to ever buy hats … they fired there managers back to back to back 3 times cause the managers keep back door hats to there friends for a couple bucks.the staff is non existent make u wait in line for no reason cause they back doored all the hats. Stay away from this place

Hat was terrible stitching all over the place and my second hat never showed up. Don’t order from here

Everyone here is chill the staff are very welcoming this is one of my goto spots for fitted hats I can't leave without spending a pretty penny in this store

Walked in and asked for a particular hat and the dude pushed a button, the hat rack started rolling and a minute later I had what I wanted. No hassles.

Imagine hiring high school dropouts and then expecting them to do a simple job. The service here is terrible and the hat selection is trash! Go online to shop and avoid this circus.

I’m originally from AZ so I really only buy my hats here. When I moved to NY 6/7 years ago this store was THE BEST! Every year since then it’s gotten worse and worse. Selection is trash and all the employees are a**holes or too high to care. Stick to buying online!

Hat sizes are different than any other new era hat I own. Panels are different sizes on the hat giving it a bubbled appearance.

The logo was noticeably crooked- but it would be $14 to simply exchange it and there was no customer service so I elected to keep it and hope no one noticed…. Welll everyone comments on that right away- to the point I never even wear a $55 hat. Go elsewhere

Wide selection of fitted and snapback hats with friendly customer service I highly recommend this establishment

Very bad customer service. Bought a hat that was way too big for the size. I have over 100 hats, all the same size, sure there are some small variables, but this one was MUCH larger than the rest of them. The guy would not exchange or refund it with some lame excuses like "different factories have different molds".
Bottom line, the hat feels fake and the service is worse. Will not come back.

Had a great experience looking around! They didn't have what I was looking for but found it on their website. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though it was packed!

Usually this place has everything i’m looking for.so disappointed they were out of stock of the item i wanted and i was 25th in line.good people and fun energy though.

Worst staff possible… have tried to shop here multiple times but after my last experience.the goofball lying to me. Sign said closed at 6: 30 for inventory okay cool. 6: 25 I try to walk in and he says they are closed due to inventory.it’s 6: 25 though brother I’ll be real quick…. “Oh are systems are broke too” haha okay … 5 mins later he lets his buddy walk in … always unwelcoming experience here

Always a great experience visiting the best Hat Store in Nyc. The employees always have a smile when you enter and youre given a wide variety of hats.
