Hat Trix Bar and Grill, Hamburg NY

Sat for 10 min without any server coming up to us. Band lousy and too loud to talk. Left without ordering anything

Went after the Bills game yesterday. Sat down and was completely ignored by the server. She walked past us three time, and the last time was to go drink her beer at a table her friends were sitting at. Hope you enjoyed your dart outside while we walked out. Embarrassing. Will never ever be back

Just a bar. Good wings. However they are moving soon, so that probably explains the filthy floors and deck.

The food was top notch! Had the Philly burger fresh mushrooms and peppers. Chicken wings were perfect and the roast beef was nice a juicy. Bonus we had live music too!

Would never go back felt uncomfortable with the amount of guys drunk there this place over service and makes it unsafe and I witnessed a guy that was so intoxicated that he was ready to fight the security guard I wouldn’t feel safe coming back or letting my sister or any young female going not even John Taffer from bar rescue would help this place

Breaded fish dinner was good along with the sides. The place is a little ran down and drunk people loud at 6: 30pm.

Horrible. Just an unbelievably bad establishment all around. I won't even waste the characters of texting it would take to tell that Gordon Ramsay could not fix this place. One human opinion.

Pretty good if you can wait a little longer for food and drinks because only 1 person works the bar

We stop here for lunch on occasion during work. The food is great, usually pretty fast too. The bar tenders and always really nice and accommodating.

Great place great people! Salt of the earth sort of ownership. Make you want to join in and be part of her awesome team! Local favorite! Finnerty favorite!

Wish I was able to comment on the food. I just walked in with 3 people after calling ahead to check availability. After walking in 1 bartender 2 servers.they all make eye contact, after 11 minutes of no contact, I leave and walk out the door.no excuse for that. Drove down the road to O, Neils was seated quickly, a few drinks and food was outstanding! Customer service is the key to success!

Female bartender was pleasant and relaxed, despite the full bar. Beers were surprisingly low priced. The food looked really good, (and kitchen is open late,) though we will have to wait till next time.

My brother and I stopped on the way home from the Bills game. Awesome food and good wind down atmosphere. Would definitely stop back sometime.

Oh my god, this place is epic!

Even if you don't sing, you absolutely have to pay homage to the amazing soundstage, kj, crowd and manic that goes into crafting even the Tuesday night karaoke night. Wowwww!

I'm from S. Tx and I'm telling you, this karaoke bar is stand out, legendary level badass! Period! Whoo-hoo!

Couldn’t be worse should have known when I seen that they haven’t attempted to make a real sign since they have been there, absolutely cheap food place stinks heard horror stories about the kitchen this is a place you find on bar rescue please stay away give your money to a business that deserves it also bartender seems to be a issue he is always drunk just not a good look all around has a cult like atmosphere like the place is ran by regulars please stay away

Order the Barney Burger if you like burgers or the chicken wings. They have a nice patio, parking, indoor seating, with karaoke and live acts throughout the week. I didn't give it 5 stars thought they may deserve it for being the place that hustled the most to stay open during the pandemic. Great bar food and enough good regulars to balance out the bad ones. Use the SW driveway to exit because the cut-in at the traffic light takes forever to turn green.

Always a fun experience here! It was karaoke night. So we enjoyed listening to everyone, played some darts, ordered some drinks and chicken wings and enjoyed ourselves. Food was good, great bartender and a great time!

One of the bartenders at this bar thinks its acceptable to not only use the R word referring to mentally challenged but use it as a derogatory term to call customers. I will never return here.
