Gonna leave Dr Hauser as a direct result of her receptionist, Jen. She's beyond incompetent, and not even nice, to boot

Dr. Hauser has been the PCP for over ten years to myself, daughter, husband and son. Since she is double-boarded in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, this practice is a one stop shop for the entire family. This is a solo practice and when you phone, someone is going to answer the phone.no automated hell. The doc is knowledgeable, personable and takes the time needed with her patients unlike in large practices where the docs have "time limits" on how long they're allowed to spend with each patient. If you are sick, 95% chance you'll be able to be seen that day unless you call towards the end of the day.and then you will get in the following morning. The most important part, is that Dr. Hauser makes me feel safe in my healthcare as I have multiple complicating chronic issues. I highly recommend her.

Dr Hauser has been my PCP for several years now and she always listens to my concerns, follows up regularly and has had very good suggestions on vitamins which helped some of my symptoms without the need for prescription intervention first. She is also patient and helpful when trying different prescriptions until we find one that works best for me. I have waited a good amount of time in her waiting area for appointments, but I am happy to do that in order to have a doctor who gives me her full attention and doesn’t rush during my appointment time.

Dr. Hauser is a wonderful doctor! She is smart and spends time getting to know her patients. I can always get in touch with her in an emergency. Her office is pleasant and her staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to my coworkers and family members.

I felt discriminated against. I have been a patient of Dr. Barbara Hauser since May of 2018. The doctor isn't the issue with this office, it's Jennifer the receptionist! Although, during the panademic if you were not vaccinated you were definitely treated differently. Most offices have a new protocol when you arrive to call before you go into the building, which is great, however, when you arrive at this office you are not seated in the waiting room with all the other vaccinated patients. Jennifer brings you to a smaller room, with a chair and an examining table. When Dr. Hauser is through with her current patient, she comes to get you from the separate waiting room and then brings you to her examination room. The doctor wears a mask, which is great, but the 6 foot rule should not apply while checking your ears and throat, you should most definitely be closer than 6 ft away. I don't feel her examinations are as thorough because of her fear of Covid, especially because the receptionist is the one taking note of vaccinated and unvaccinated patients.

Jennifer seems to be the heavy in the office, the one making the rules, overriding the better judgement of the doctor.
Prior to my check-ups they send a blood script to Samaritan where I get my blood drawn. It took the office 7 days (5 business days) with three voice mail reminders, one accusiing Jennifer of unvaccinated discrimination before Jennifer decided to send the script. She blaimed it on Dr. Hauser, however, I knew better, because when the script was finally faxed she left the most critical of blood tests off the script, which in my opinion is poor medical care. I have a relatively new voice mail message from Jennifer, that I let everyone I know listen to as a poor example of patient care when I get the chance. It helps their decision of whether to choose Dr. Barbara Hauser's office as their primary care facility. This past week I have moved over to another practice because the care at Dr. Hauser's office is sub-par, especially if the receiptionist gets a wild hair up her a$$, and then it beomes a popularity contest, rather than a professional medical care facility. She is an angry and bitter human, who needs to learn understanding and compassion in her line of work, especially because she is the first line of communication when contacting the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Hauser for 14 years. She is insightful and has a deep fund of knowledge. She listens to me and respects my opinions. I have recommended her to many family members and friends and they all are happy with the care they receive. I highly recommend her!

Consistently meets my needs, and my family's needs. I have recommended her to others and they have expressed their satisfaction to me.

Very unprofessional environment. Her receptionist had to be the rudest person I have ever met. I call the day before to change my daughter's initial appointment to a later time, which she told me was 3pm and to arrive at 230 pm. I did as planned and the receptionist turns me away time I walked through the door saying I am late. I told her you changed my time yesterday. She rudely told me no she didn't and said it was too late. I even had the email I sent to my boss after speaking to her to change my charged time. She never cracked a smile or anything. She said we have other patients. The waiting room was absolutely empty. She said you want to reschedule I said no. I would not bring my daughter back here. She dismissed me with ok bye have a good day. First of all who charges to come in for a visit to register as a patient for no reason. That was quite alright I went to Schoolhouse Pediatrics registered my daughter no problem that same day and no need to pay an office visit just take paperwork. I would not recommend Dr. Hausner practice to anyone. Horrible environment. Her receptionist needs some etiquette training.

I've been seeing Dr. Hauser for many years and I couldn't ask for a better provider for my medical care.
