I was a first time customer in August 2022. I bought a package of 4 in their highest package bed and was happy to have a place in town that seemed clean with brand new beds. The service was not great - typical young girl behind the counter playing with her nails and hair and on her phone - but I overlooked that until I had to disturb her to ask how to use the bed. All while other customers were waiting to be helped. Long story short I forgot if I had 1 or 2 sessions left and went to call to confirm and I have 0 left because they expire. Now normally that would be fine, that’s on me, but when you are not told it expires I feel that as a first time customer I should have been made aware. I left a voicemail first no call back then called a week later and spoke to Melanie who kept repeating the policy and saying “well they’re expired so you have none” and asked who the manager was. She said Bree but she only comes in when there’s an issue. Ok no prob but can she give me a ring I’d like to speak to her as I am a local and that was my first experience and I clearly was looking to use them again. No call. Over a week later i just called again. Melanie again. After stating my story again not realizing it was her she put me on hold they were busy no problem - get back on and says yea Bree said if i did it for you I’d have to do it for everyone. As a business owner, not a chain but a local business owner, that irritated me. But i said ok so she won’t call her customer back for 5 minutes. And this is how you handle local business. Remember, not like i went in there multiple times and bought things. It was my FIRST time there because i had a package w beach bum that i was using up because that expired and they TELL YOU it expires! So i will never recommend this establishment to anyone based on this experience and shame on you as an owner of a local business for not caring about repeat business and referrals. Very disappointed. Not even about the money, it’s about principle as a business owner. Good luck with your operation.
