Haven Pools, Huntington NY

Haven refreshed/updated my pool some years back, rerunning pipes, replacing all the equipment, etc. They did a great job at that, worked well with the GC who was doing the whole backyard. Since then, they do all the maintenance and the cleaning. Their maintenance and repair team is excellent; they know exactly what they are doing and execute it really well and efficiently. The customer service from the team in the office is also top notch, always responsive, helpful and friendly. The cleaning teams are pretty good, but i've worked with other pool services and Haven is as good as if not better than others, so while i would not give them Excellence for cleaning, they do as good a job if not better than others, and the service team more than makes up for it! Overall, my experience is excellent with them!

I've been using Haven for about 3 seasons now.i've had 3 other pool companies in the past and Haven has been the best by far.customer service is fantastic. There is always someone to talk with or email with. Lisa at Haven is wonderful to deal with.she always get back to me quick and always get a tech to the house either same day or the next day.if you're on LI and looking for a reputable pool company give Haven a shot!
