Installation of Hot water heater. I called and they were at my house the same day. They said they would come in 2 hrs. And were here within the hour. Brad/Austin were professional and friendly. They got me up and running with hot water within a few hours. Thank you!

Hawn was great! I called them with a furnace issue a few days before Christmas. They fit me in that afternoon and took care of the minor hose issue in one visit. I initially started using them a few years ago when I called them for a second opinion. A different company was claiming I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to replace the furnace. Hawn inspected the furnace and could find no evidence of issues. I appreciate thier honesty. My parents and sister use them as well and both have had the same experience.

Hawn is an excellent company with very talented technicians.

From my first call in the morning I knew that I was in good hands with Hawn Heating. Devin my tech. Was polite and very professional. He used shoe covers showing respect for me and my house. The service was prompt and on time. I called at 8: 00am and my tech was at the house by 11: 00 and had diagnosed the issues and had my furnace up and running within 30 minutes. Hawn is a trusted local company that is professional and courteous. With knowledgeable staff like Devin, and the whole team it was an easy decision to use Hawn when my furnace needed replaced years ago. Since that time I have been well pleased with their service if there was any issue. I wholly stand behind Hawn heating and air conditioning.

I had a horrible experience. I called for a check on the heating system and he said the outside valve needed to be replaced. Instead of being knowledgeable enough to know that there's a cooling valve somewhere in the basement and that it was off, he insisted that the valve needed to be replaced at an expence of $800 or more. In addition to that he turned my hot water tank off saying it was illegally installed although I didn't call for that. I came home turned the valve on in the basement and the heat is working fine and so is the outside valve. Now I have to call someone else to make sure the hot water tank is on.

Great service and on time. I vent the tech could have been a bit more friendly but he got the job done.

Service person was on time, actually a little early. Very professional. Tested everything. Explained to me in details I could understand. Quickly installed what was needed. Highly recommend using them.

Our technician Gary was amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. He thoughtfully put on shoe covers before walking through the house and diagnosed the problem before he even looked at the unit. I wish everyone was like him. He knew everything! I am so impressed with his service! It was the very best!

The service person who arrived at our house was extremely knowledgeable about our furnace. Unfortunately we are not thrilled of the expense to repair a 4 year old furnace that we purchased from Hawn. If there is a part issue with this brand of furnace than the company and Hawn should stand by their product. We were pleased that parts were included but the labor is astronomical. We feel that the labor should be included to replace a faulty part.

Did a good job explaining everything and showing me how to use the thermostat, and that something else was going on with my furnace. Very much appreciated.
