Mr. Hazlett responded quickly to my call, and we arranged to meet to discuss the job. I had previously researched how to complete the job and the cost of the parts. Mr. Hazlett described how the job would be performed and that was consistent with my expectations. The associate that completed the job showed up on time, was very friendly and polite, was prepared to complete the job and went right to work. The associate completed the job quickly and correctly, and cleaned-up the area at the conclusion of the job. This was my first experience with Hazlett plumbing and they exceeded my expectations.

Excellent first time experience with Hazlett. Having experienced more than one case of contractors not responding to smaller jobs, it was refreshing to see how Hazlett quickly responded, proactively followed up with texts and got my smaller, non emergency job done 3 days after my initial call. And, the workmanship was excellent.

I had two outside faucets replaced and shutoffs installed. Chris was responsive and easy to work with in scheduling the job. Noah called ahead and was on time to do the work. It was a very professional job and was completed in a short amount of time. Noah does good work! Would use Hazlett again if I need plumbing work done.

As always the service was top notch. The young man (sorry I've forgotten his name) was pleasant and friendly and he was very neat and efficient. Hazlett is always my first choice for any plumbing needs.

Hazlett Plumbing installed whole-house water filtering and a tankless water heater and replaced the bathtub drain system on different days. They were all polite and efficient and did an excellent job for us. They cleaned up nicely after their work each time, too. Sam, the owner, first came for an estimate to explain everything about the system, pros & cons, we appreciated how thorough he was, and that's why we chose his business, and we are happy we did. Highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Hazlett Plumbing (Noah) and like the first the experience was quite extraordinary. The customer comes first! They work hard to understand the work you want them to do whether it’s repair, updating, planning for future needs; indoor, outdoor. Original segmented tile sewer line to main filled up after receiving over 1" of rain. This is a problem that we experienced previously that required removing roots from the line. Used Angi to get quotes. Hazlett was the first to reply, quoting $250 + tax to snake sewer (3-4") from accessible outside cleanout, up to 65', and caped at1 hour. Also included use of camera to determine if there were any underlying issues, with an understanding that might not be possible if the trap prevented the camera from getting into the downstream line, which was the case. The drain is working again & the price was what was quoted.
I'm considering using them to replace this original line.
Something we have been putting off for years.

Chris was very kind and prompt. He removed the clog and repaired the pvc pipes within an hour. He certainly knew what he was doing. Would definitely use Hazlett Plumbing again.

Noah installed a new faucet on the front of our house. They listened to what I wanted ran the line exactly where I asked them to put in a shut off valve and cleaned up afterwards. I received email confirmations of the appointment and time. The day of service I also received a picture of Noah and a text that he was on the way. Showed up on time was professional, courteous and pleasant. The work is top notch and I won't hesitate to recommend as well as use Hazlett in the future.

Did great work. Replaced damaged aging baseboard radiator, replaced old concrete stationary tub with new fiberglass one and installed two new outdoor spigots.

At a later date, they installed a new natural gas line for my new grill and hooked up the grill. Noah did a super job. I’ll have more work for them in the future.

Hazlett Plumbing deserves a 5 star rating on all plumbing for our new build! This is the 1st time I’ve ever built a house so plumbing was a learning experience for me and Sam and his team were so supportive, patient, professional, responsive and punctual! They were also so reliable and have an awesome scheduling system where they not only showed up when they said but they confirm and send an email/text notification to let you know when they’re on their way! The work they’ve done looks beautiful… we haven’t lived in the house yet but all looks in good working condition thank you to Sam and his team… you def made it on the good list of trades throughout this entire build!

The owner, Sam, came to my home on time, very professional and gave me alot of information on the unit and plumbing and then emailed a reasonable quote. I decided to go with Hazlett Plumbing.
