From beginning to end, Shane G.was reliable, hospitable and above all, kind. He worked with me to get me into the car of my choice, and could not have been more helpful. Shane and the Healy team went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience was comfortable and friendly.

My mother was lured in by a deceptive advertising campaign, and I accompanied her to this dealership. When we realized it was a scam, I pointed out their deception. The response was smug and unapologetic, as if to say, "ha ha, fooled you! " This is the kind of dealership that earns the industry their reputation as rip-off artists. I will never do business with them.

I showed up to look and test drive but, I had to wait a very long time. Then I wasn't allowed to test drive because they were out of license plates. Of course I didn't believe the excuse. I'll go elsewhere.
