If you want to be micromanaged by poor client services managers, then you should apply for EDS roles. Their training is poor, much like that of managers. Managers transfer their own insecurities onto skilled employees by making them appear incompetent. Their hiring process is a complete farce because it has nothing to do with a candidate's or candidates' abilities to perform the job. There is little opportunity for job advancement, and everything being introduced is "dumb work. " You will be made to feel incompetent for their own egotistical reasons. They hover over their good employees but are hesitant to call out their weak employees or the persons they elevated who are incapable of performing the job! I had never worked in a toxic work environment before to joining ADAP client services!
